About: Hi! I'm Emory - I grew up with Golden Retrievers my entire life, and in my adult years I’ve rescued three mixed-breed dogs from the shelter ranging from staffy's, dachshunds, and chihuahua's. I live with my boyfriend Quinn who also grew up with dogs, and together we have rescued a dog of our own, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of our lives. After our own dog passed away a couple of months ago, we decided to hold off on getting one of our own right away and to help take care of other dogs instead. We have pet-sit for our friends and family for years, and also used Rover as a customer for our previous dog so I understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pet and to provide lots of updates! During the week, I work a hybrid schedule, so your dog will get plenty of attention and companionship. On my work from home days, I’m home all day for walks, playtime, and lots of attention. Even on the days I go into the office, I’m only about 15 minutes away. I typically leave around 8am, come home during my lunch break from 12–1pm, and Quinn is home by 4pm, so dogs are never left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. They’ll get a walk before work, another walk and playtime during lunch, and plenty of walks, love, and attention in the evenings! Our home is very dog-friendly! Dogs are welcome on the furniture, get plenty of affection, and are treated like part of the family while they’re with us. Because I have rescued dogs from the shelter, we also have experience working with dogs who need a little extra patience and understanding. I know every dog has a different personality and comfort level, so will do our best to make them feel safe and loved.

My schedule is flexible though so for longer needs, I can work around it with enough notice given. I have a fenced in yard and my sister who lives with me who also loves dogs very much. When in my home, I want the dogs I am watching to feel comfortable and wherever I am, they are welcome! I have a very open layout on the first floor with easy access to the back yard. The upstairs is very open as well with big windows and 3 bedrooms. As for caring in clients homes, I am very respectful and want the dogs to feel safe in their space with me there. About: Having grown up with cats, I would considered myself very experienced in this field. Whether that be food diets, cleaning or even taking care of specific medications. Cat sitting is just as important as dog sitting is to me because they are still an animal who needs love, and catering too. About: I have a cat at home. I grew up raising an old lab and a young energetic cockapoo. My sisters also had 3 dogs (golden retriever, yorkie, english spaniel), 5 cats, and 8 chickens that I pet sat frequently. About: Dogs have been part of my family since I can remember. I can’t imagine a life without them. I first started dog sitting for friends and family at a young age (13-19). While focusing on my career I took a break from dog sitting, before picking it back up to support close friends in NYC who always needed a hand - whether that be dog sitting for the weekend or popping in to check on their pup while they were at work. About: I have two big dogs and they have taught me a lot. Each dog’s personality and temperament is different and over the years I have learned to recognize those and make sure I provide what is needed for them to live healthy and happy lives. With having two dogs as well as having my own work life balance, I know sometimes things can get hectic. Life pops up and especially with my sized dogs they are not the easiest to travel with. It would be great to be able to fly with my dogs but that is just not a viable option for me and for most. I also know that due to their size I can get nervous with who I trust to take care of my dogs. I want them to be in the safest situation possible and I feel as though I could provide that to whoever needs it with my experience. I have also dealt with managing medication from when my rescue dog Blue had heart worm. He had a few appointments over 3 months and during those three months he was on around the clock medication that varied in dosage as time went on. I currently am working full time but on a hybrid schedule. I work from home Mondays and Fridays and my partner works from home on Thursdays, so we have a pretty balanced schedule of being able spend time with and care for our dogs. Right now I am in an apartment complex so there is no yard. However there is a bark park that is completely fenced in and I am very confident in leash walking. I walk my two dogs (both around or over 70 pounds) with confidence. My animals are allowed on furniture and I do not crate them. I have locked garbages and shut doors where treats and other things they can get to are located.
About: I have cared for and been around pets for my entire life. I’ve taken care of family and friend’s pets and love doing it. I love younger and older pets alike, I do not discriminate! Pet care fits into my weekly routine because it allows me to interact with pets on a daily basis and walking pets helps me get exercise on too! I can care for a pet by giving the pet what it needs based on their personality. If they want attention, I will play with them for hours. If they want to be left alone, I am happy to do so. Any pet I take care of will be in good hands and supervised heavily, to guarantee their safety.

With over 10 professional years and 15 personal years of having various animals, I will always treat your fur babies with the same care and love they deserve, even if it is just for a short while!! I am currently working full-time; however, my work does not interfere with my schedule for dog sitting. I am currently enrolled in school to start in August, so depending on needs, I can accommodate normal needs (dependent on the situation), if not more, come August! I care for my clients' pets by keeping them in their environment, allowing them to get comfortable and trusting within their limits and curiosity. I do not accept boarding. I only accept overnight bookings within the home of my clients simply for the animals' safety and comfort. I always ask for a mandatory meet and greet with the client and animal I have not worked with before to better keep all animals and parties involved safe and comfortable!!

About: Hi! I'm Emory - I grew up with Golden Retrievers my entire life, and in my adult years I’ve rescued three mixed-breed dogs from the shelter ranging from staffy's, dachshunds, and chihuahua's. I live with my boyfriend Quinn who also grew up with dogs, and together we have rescued a dog of our own, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of our lives. After our own dog passed away a couple of months ago, we decided to hold off on getting one of our own right away and to help take care of other dogs instead. We have pet-sit for our friends and family for years, and also used Rover as a customer for our previous dog so I understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pet and to provide lots of updates! During the week, I work a hybrid schedule, so your dog will get plenty of attention and companionship. On my work from home days, I’m home all day for walks, playtime, and lots of attention. Even on the days I go into the office, I’m only about 15 minutes away. I typically leave around 8am, come home during my lunch break from 12–1pm, and Quinn is home by 4pm, so dogs are never left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. They’ll get a walk before work, another walk and playtime during lunch, and plenty of walks, love, and attention in the evenings! Our home is very dog-friendly! Dogs are welcome on the furniture, get plenty of affection, and are treated like part of the family while they’re with us. Because I have rescued dogs from the shelter, we also have experience working with dogs who need a little extra patience and understanding. I know every dog has a different personality and comfort level, so will do our best to make them feel safe and loved.

Your dog's routine is important to me, so I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water available, and receive frequent bathroom breaks throughout the day. Whether your dog loves to play, relax, or just have a companion nearby, I will provide attentive, reliable care and treat them like part of my family. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands while you're away! I am currently working full-time during the week but get home at about 4:30p every day. I work from home every Friday and I am home most weekends so weekend sitting is where I will be most available! My schedule is flexible though so for longer needs, I can work around it with enough notice given. I have a fenced in yard and my sister who lives with me who also loves dogs very much. When in my home, I want the dogs I am watching to feel comfortable and wherever I am, they are welcome! I have a very open layout on the first floor with easy access to the back yard. The upstairs is very open as well with big windows and 3 bedrooms. As for caring in clients homes, I am very respectful and want the dogs to feel safe in their space with me there. I offer to wash them if needed, walk them, feed them, and take them to the dog park as well if allowed!
