All I can say is wow! What a reassuring, comforting, & incredible experience I had with Jennifer and her sweet family. This was my first time using Rover and trusting a family with my little Archie. I was hesitant and nervous as I was going to be away for 9 days. Jennifer made me feel at peace knowing Archie would be in her care. Throughout my time away, she communicated with me, sent me photos, and loved on my pup. I was almost nervous that Archie would want to stay with her family, lol! I’m so grateful to have met such a special family with the biggest hearts who I will trust going forward. I know Archie already misses them & will be excited to see them again. - Nina :)
My fur baby had another great stay with Nicole! Nicole was super accommodating with my stay request. And as I experienced before she was, prompt with responding, great communication and shared photo updates. I definitely plan to book with Nicole again in the future.
Matt did an amazing job with my mini poodle. He responded quickly, was very friendly, and was flexible when I had family circumstances preventing me from picking up my dog on the initial intended date. He sent me lots of updates and pictures since it was my first time using the platform, and my sweet baby girl seemed like she really enjoyed herself. I would 100% recommend!

She had excellent communication from start to finish and kept me updated with messages and pictures of Nala throughout her stay, which gave me so much peace of mind.
