“When Jaylee and I went to our meet and greet, I knew immediately Jaylee would receive exceptional care while with Miki. She got down on the floor and engaged with Jaylee the entire time we were at her home. She spoke lovingly and gently to Jaylee, and even brought out a toy and bowl of water for her! During Jaylee's daycare visit, Miki kept me informed of Jaylee's progress throughout the day with texts paired with photos and videos. Jaylee is an anxious dog and Miki went above and beyond to attend to her needs. Jaylee's meals consist of several components, which were packed in different containers. Miki took the time to prepare Jaylee's meal and even washed and dried all the containers before returning them to me. From my initial contact with with her, through Jaylee's post daycare visit, Miki's professionalism shined through. Her heart to serve is clearly reflected in how she interacts with you and your dog each step of the way. She is conscientious, courteous, and respectful. I've taken Jaylee to other good Rover sitters, but my experience with Miki was superb. The most compelling evidence was revealed when I arrived to pick up Jaylee - she was excited to see me, but while Miki debriefed me on Jaylee's visit, she returned to Miki's side and leaned into her lap. I knew then that Jaylee felt safe with Miki and that made my day! I am so blessed to have found Miki. She is outstanding and I would not hesitate to request her services again. Thank you Miki!”

“Austin has been watching Kirby since he was 9 weeks old and he is phenomenal. My husband and I are resident physicians and have very busy and unpredictable schedules and Austin has been able to be flexible and work with us time after time. He helped a lot with basic commands and even crate training when Kirby was younger. A huge plus is that day care with Austin comes with MOOSE (their goldendoodle) who has been absolutely amazing with Kirby and really helped socialize him! Austin always takes lots of pictures and videos and updates us throughout the day. His gated in front porch is a great space for Kirby and Moose to run around and he takes them on walks everyday which has really helped with Kirby’s loose leash walking skills. Austin clearly has a lot of experiences with puppies and dogs. He was quick to reach out to us when Kirby had some stomach issues one day. My husband and I were both at work and it was a weekend, so finding an appointment was hard. However, Austin was able to get Kirby in at their personal vet for an emergency visit and was even willing to take him there and meet us because it was closing soon. Overall, I could not recommend Austin enough. He is our go to person that we trust to take care of Kirby. Kirby is so incredibly excited to see him and hangout with Moose anytime we take him over to their place (he even gets excited in the car). Austin and Moose are the best!!”

“Best dog sitter we have had! She watched our two large high energy doggos and it went amazing. When I brought them home they fell asleep instantly. They were very excited to come back the next day to play some more. She’s very responsive, sends fun updates and pictures throughout the day, and you can tell she loves animals. My dog Tillie, not only looks forward to seeing Gannon but she gets excited a mile out from his place and whimpers with excitement when he comes over to watch her. He is extremely thorough, incredibly loving, and so playful. He treats my dog like his own and is so generous with how often and far he walks her. Gannon also sends me pictures and updates while I am away so that I never have to worry. I can't think of a better caregiver for any and all pets.”
