About: I have 3 dogs, one for 12 years and they are all so particular. I more than anyone else understand how difficult it is to find the best care for your furbabies when you have to go out of town or out of country. All my dogs have different diets and quirks so I have become accustomed to understanding my pets and their needs. Not only am I the best rubs giver but I love play time, which I think is important for pets and their overall happiness. I work from home in a spacious apartment close to many dog parks and Riverwalk where we could go for walks. I also love going to Cypress Point Park Beach for plane watching and would often bring my own doggos. This fits perfectly into my schedule as I work from home. I care for pets by treating them as if they're my own. There is no other way to care for animals that is acceptable to me. I care for them based on their needs and preferences as animals have personalities and that is something that should be considered and respected. Normally people would say they "child proof" their home but I dog proof mine lol

About: The hardest part of having a pet is saying goodbye to them. I would want to make sure a pet is never alone and sad by him/herself. I am currently still in the market for a hourly job, I have plenty of options but just moving in the city, this would be a great start. I am available 24/7. I have a fenced in area with a beautiful calm neighborhood in the Palma Ceia area. Walks are essential in our neighborhood and my home is pet friendly and ready for service.

My pup Kiwi absolutely adored her—he was more excited to see her in the morning than me in the afternoon! 🐶 She sent tons of pictures and videos throughout the day, which made me feel so at ease. Kiwi also became best friends with her sweet dog, Cozy, and it was the cutest thing watching them play together in the videos she sent. It was clear she treated Kiwi like her own, with so much love and care. I would 100% trust her again and will definitely be coming back to her. Highly recommend!😊”

About: I’ve been dogsitting other people’s pups since I was a kid and have so much love for furry friends. I finally got my own dog in 2021 and he is everything to me! He loves other dogs and I would be so happy to have your good boy or girl to spend time with us. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, leash trained or not, as well as reactive dog experience. Looking forward to meeting your pups & loving them as I do my own! I work full time from home so my schedule is very flexible for potty breaks, play time, and the like. I’m available for boarding and daycare 7 days a week! Dogs have free rein of the house here so they’ll be as comfortable as they are at home. I have the space for a crate if you prefer one to be used at night, you would just have to provide it. There’s a lovely walking trail in my complex, as well as a large fenced in dog park just a short walk away from my apartment.

About: I have taken care of all the animals, fish, dogs big and small and the kitties! I love all the animals! Can’t wait to meet them! I work a very flexible job! Would be able to go check on your babies throughout the day and stay over night whenever needed! :) I am a homebody so I am good to stay and hang out with your animal as needed! I can crate it and come back at a certain time if they need to be out by a certain time! I can also board your sweet babies with me at my boyfriend’s apartment! He’s doesn't have any animals so it’s a great place for animals if they need to be alone!

About: I have cared for dogs my whole life, and last year I lost my best furry friend. Your dog will be in excellent hands with me and I will care for them like my own! My work schedule is very flexible, some days I work from home, other days I am in and out all day but can always make it home within a 2 hour time period. I have lots of walking trails near me, and a dog park around the corner from my house. I’m an active person so I’m always walking or running, and would love to have a furry friend join me!

About: Update December 2024: I’m excited to be back on Rover and ready to help care for your furry friends. I recently said goodbye to my beloved dog, Taz, who lived a beautiful, long life filled with love. Being a lifelong dog lover, I know how important it is to have someone trustworthy to care for your pup. Over the years, I’ve been so grateful for the support and boarding help I received for Taz, and now I’m here to pay it forward to dog owners in my area I work from my home and also have lots of flexibility with my schedule….I make my own schedule and i am also an empty nester I have a large caged in backyard and there is also a fence. I have lived in my home for almost 10 years and centrally located in south tampa.

About: With 35 plus year of experience as a pet owner, starting as a teen with my 2 cats and later on a beautiful soulful Samoyed, Toby, from age 4 months to 14 years old, a spunky Poodle, Lolita, from age 2 to 12 years, and a top hat Terrier Mix, Ryder, from age 2 to 14 years. I have also fostered dogs for the past 4 years, and as a result, I am failed foster mom of a sweet Yorkie Poodle, Roxy, age 2 adopted in the Fall 2024. As mentioned, I am experienced with puppies and older dogs. Your fur baby will have plenty of walks every 4 hours and tentatively cared for throughout the day and will also receive tons of love from our 12-year-old twins whenever they come home from extracurricular activities. My spouse and I work full-time from home, so there is someone home at all times and available during the week. Our weekends are also flexible with some advance notice for drop-off and pick-up. Your dog will always have company, 3-4 dog walks, a back yard with shade areas, and plenty of sunshine and playtime. Lots of room to roam around. We will make sure your dog is loved and attended.

“Luna and Xena had a fabulous day with Thais, Kevin and their new pals Linda and Bart! We had to go out of town for the afternoon - evening and wouldn’t be back until 10 pm that evening. They were so accommodating - and sent regular updates and pictures throughout their stay. Xena was in her glory as she got to enjoy the pool. The dogs all seemed to get along so well, and when we picked up the girls, they were very happy and very tired from an exciting day. We can’t wait to bring them back and we highly recommend them.”
