“Hermun is AWESOME!!! At the last minute, Patsy’s usual sitter had to cancel, and all of my other friends were out of town. Someone suggested Rover, but I had never used it, so I was very nervous about how Patsy would handle staying with a stranger; she is a rescue and often very shy around new people. At our first meet and greet, however, Patsy immediately warmed up to Hermun and Max. Hermun was very welcoming, asked me about Patsy, and took the time to show me around her place, so I could see where Patsy would be spending her weekend. I left our first meeting feeling much more comfortable with the whole process. Hermun was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, and sent numerous pictures of Patsy over the course of her stay; Patsy looked relaxed and happy in all of them. I HIGHLY recommend Hermun, and will DEFINITELY hire her again! Thank you, Hermun and Max!”
