“Trevor was extremely nice and accommodating when I ended up running late. His home is very spacious, CLEAN, and welcoming. He sent pictures and kept me updated as needed. Arrow has slept since I picked him up so it’s safe to say he’s worn out for our 8hr drive back home. Bonus: I picked up Arrow and he was clean 🙂”

“Lucy is still a puppy (15 months young) and our special girl, our family member. I viewed several pet sitters on Rover before I came upon Janet's profile. This was the first time Lucy would not be with us and it was for a full week as well. We would never leave Lucy with anyone if we did not feel comfortable enough. Key to us was will she be with someone who we believed was responsible and had a good environment for her boarding. We found that and more in Janet, a kind soul who sincerely loves dogs and has the patience and understanding they need when in a new place. A feature of great interest to us was that she only takes one dog at a time vs more than one at the same time in her household. Also, you can see from meeting her own dog, Captain Jack, how she provides good loving care to her own dog. We met with Janet prior to deciding to board Lucy with her and felt assured in our contact that she would sincerely do a good job in caring for Lucy and that bore out in full truth when we picked her up. Janet sent us daily messages and pictures/video of Lucy which gave us confidence that she was well and enjoying herself. Lucy was in great spirit, happy as can be, and most of all, you can see well cared for. We will use Janet's services again when we need to and recommend her services to anyone without reservation. “Mr. Shawn is a wonderfully accommodating, caring, compassionate, thoughtful and loving caregiver to my fur baby!!! There is no doubt that Mr. Shawn aims to please and it's evident in how well he handles feeding, medicating, playtime, downtime and overnight stays with his family. I've been bringing my baby to Mr. Shawn at least 1x week for about 1 year. Since starting this "playcare" arrangement, my baby has become a better listener, less aggressive, socially confident and excited to see her dog friends --- and Mr. Shawn and his family! If you have a schedule that revolves around caring for your fur baby, like I do, do yourself a favor and book Mr. Shawn for 1 overnight stay per week--- or every 2 weeks--- whatever you can manage --- YOUR DOG WILL APPRECIATE IT AND LOVE YOU MORE FOR TAKING HIM/HER TO MR. SHAWN'S HOUSE!!! ???”

“Windell was very nice and friendly overall. When I was dropping off my dog, he made sure that my dog had the items my dog needed for her stay and offered his resources if I had missed items for my dog. During her stay, I asked him questions about how my dog was doing and he replied very quick and sent me updates and pictures of how my dog is doing. Windell offered his help upon picking up my dog and debriefed me about Butter’s stay. It was a pleasure to have him take care of my dog! :)”

“I can’t even begin to explain how GREAT Marcus was. During our most stressful times regarding our living arrangements, Marcus quick responses and last minute requests made this transition much more easier. We needed him for a couple of days until our apartment was ready, our apartment kept being delayed due to construction and inspections, and our dog’s stay kept getting longer and longer. Marcus had no problem accepting our last minute request and he made us feel comfortable in knowing that our special dog was safe and sound. Marcus will definitely be our to go Rover guy and Mango (our dog) absolutely loves him! Thank you Marcus for making these stressful times a little less hectic.”
