She kept me fully informed throughout my entire trip and was dependable, caring, and attentive. I came home to two happy, well-cared-for dogs. About: I have been surrounded by dogs since I was born. I've always loved to spend time with them and have been responsible of feeding, cleaning, and grooming them ever since I can remember. I have a full-time job right now, but was looking to spend my free time doing something I enjoy and I cound imagine any time better spent than with the friendliest creatures I can think of: dogs. I keep my dogs in my house all the time so they are always surrounded by us and are constantly being cared for and entertained.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and have lived with multiple cat owners as well. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. If your pet wants a long walk in the sun or just needs to stretch its legs in the backyard I’m down for either! 😁 I feel as though my laid back demeanor is great for working with animals and even the pickiest cats have fallen for me. I’m great at reading the body language of animals and know when they want a belly rub or when they want me to sit six feet away.

“Nancy did an excellent job dropping in to take care of my cat, Arthur, for six days while I was out of town. She was also able to accommodate me on extremely short notice, as a sitter that I had lined up had to cancel just a few days before the trip due to a family emergency. Nancy stopped by at the right time every day to give Arthur consistent care, which is important for a cat that can be fussy and relies on routine. She told me that she enjoyed brushing cats' coats when I first met her, and when I got back, Arthur's coat was beautiful! Arthur clearly enjoyed Nancy's visits, and I'll be sure to call on her again the next time I take a trip.”

Since this is a family-run home, your pup gets lots of interaction, supervision, love, and updates while you’re away. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable leaving them—and for them to be excited to come back! 🐾 Pet care is a big part of my daily routine, and since I’m currently unemployed, I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve! I’m able to be flexible and work around your pet’s needs. I’m also available to board on weekends and on weekdays after 4 PM, making it easy for you to find reliable care whenever you need it. I have a small fenced in area for your fur babies to run and play. I also have two friendly dogs of my own to keep your pet company. If your dog needs a break I can kennel them easily. Your pets are allowed to my home their home while you’re away.

“There’s a reason Evan has a perfect rating. He was able to take care of my cat with only 12 hours notice. It was an unexpected/emergency trip so there was no advanced planning but Evan rolled with it, found everything - food, litter, the house key (!) It really was last minute. Evan even loaded and ran the dishwasher for us so that we didn’t walk into a disaster Highly recommend Evan!”
