About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and have lived with multiple cat owners as well. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. If your pet wants a long walk in the sun or just needs to stretch its legs in the backyard I’m down for either! 😁 I feel as though my laid back demeanor is great for working with animals and even the pickiest cats have fallen for me. I’m great at reading the body language of animals and know when they want a belly rub or when they want me to sit six feet away.

I am free in evenings (5pm or later) and weekends pretty consistently (I work full time as a wildlife biologist during the day). Happy with long or short walks, even on hot days. I don't have any pets at home right now, but I am comfortable with a wide variety of animals. I am skilled at reading animal body language and always strive to make pets feel safe.

I have a small fenced in area for your fur babies to run and play. I also have two friendly dogs of my own to keep your pet company. If your dog needs a break I can kennel them easily. She was also able to accommodate me on extremely short notice, as a sitter that I had lined up had to cancel just a few days before the trip due to a family emergency. Nancy stopped by at the right time every day to give Arthur consistent care, which is important for a cat that can be fussy and relies on routine. She told me that she enjoyed brushing cats' coats when I first met her, and when I got back, Arthur's coat was beautiful! Arthur clearly enjoyed Nancy's visits, and I'll be sure to call on her again the next time I take a trip.”
