About: I’ve been taking care of dogs most of my life. This is the first time since I was 6 years old that I don't have a pup to take care of. I grew up in a very pet oriented household (including cats, dogs and pet pigs). I used to volunteer with my mom at the Mohawk Humane Society so I have a lot of experience with all different kinds of dogs. I live in a great walkable neighborhood with lots of greenery trails. I do work full time so I am not available from 8am-5pm but I have a very flexible schedule on weekends and nights after 5pm. I currently work full time at a Cardiologist Practice so I am available for walks and dog sitting on weekends only. I am available after 6pm for night time dog walks as well. I live in a very walkable area with lots of trails / sidewalks that I personally enjoy walking on daily. I do not personally have any animals so I have a lot of space and attention to give to a pup.
About: My love for animals began early on once I rescued my first childhood pet. Throughout my life I have walked and taken care of animals however, my love grew insurmountably when I rescued my first dog (Gordy) myself. Gordy and I loved walking, hiking, going on adventures, and snuggling. Unfortunately, in November 2024 he was diagnosed with a variety of complicated health problems and passed away in April 2025. That journey led me have experience in handling diabetic dogs (giving insulin, being aware of behavioral changes, and giving medication). I also have some experience/knowledge in dog training as Gordy was a canine good citizen. I am acutely aware of how to successfully walk and handle hyperactive pups and love to provide other enriching activities. I am communicative and love interacting with both dogs and humans and I find it important to gain the trust of you as I know all too well how much your pup means to you. I am a licensed mental health counselor who currently works primarily at home. I have a flexible schedule allowing plenty time for a good walk and enrichment while also providing appropriate downtime and attention. While I do live in an apartment, I have access to a number of parks in the Troy area while also willing to travel to surrounding areas for more fun.

I’m experienced with feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, brushing, playtime, and giving cats/dogs the space or attention they prefer. About: I’ve taken care of a sick dog and a rabbit for 3 years now on separate occasions when the families go on trips. I always make sure to play with the animals. I’m available pretty much all the time. I have a class from 11:00-11:50 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that I have to attend and I babysit from 1:00-4:30 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but otherwise I am all yours (and your animals) I will make sure that everything is in place when I leave and I will keep the house clean! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
