“Net has been absolutely amazing with our dogs, especially helping us adjust to our new addition to the family. We have a 5-year-old Norwegian Elkhound and a ~5-month-old Norwegian Elkhound, and she has been wonderful with both of them. On the days she walks them, I come home from work to two dogs who are calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. From the very first meeting, they adored her and were immediately comfortable playing and spending time with her. About: I have dealt with dogs nearly my entire life! I’d love to pop in and take your pup for a walk and spend some one on one time with them! I have expierence in a lot of various dog breeds! I work full time as a Nurse and am looking for something rewarding to do after my daily 8-4! I currently work full time as a Nurse. I work some days until 2 or 4. Although I do have quite a bit of flexibility! I am trustworthy and am more than willing to provide pop in visits or can discuss other options if needed in your home as well!
About: We always had a family dog during my childhood. As I was raising my children, we had both dogs and cats throughout the years. I have adopted cats from shelters over the last 15 years (one being a senior cat who passed away during COVID). I have a "special needs" kitty as she is diabetic and needs just the right amount of medicine given in a shot twice a day. Leaving her makes me very nervous. Kimberly met with me and my cat before I went away so that I could explain everything. In her correspondences and visits she was always on time, upbeat, and attentive to my cat. Happy to say that through my week of being away, she did exactly what she needed to do to give not just the medication but the attention to my precious kitty. I was SO GRATEFUL and RELIEVED. She asked where to leave the keys on her last visit and I said, "Keep them. If I go away again it'll be you I contact to care for my cat."
Amy did a wonderful job checking in on my Cody for me while at work. She was empathetic, punctual and communicative with timelines and photos every visit. She truly went above and beyond while watching him, and I know it was definitely a highlight of Cody’s day.
Larissa took such great care of our 2 cats while we were gone, they didn't even care that we came back from vacation! She was very attentive to the needs of our fur babies and ensured they got more than just their basic needs met. We will absolutely hire her again when needed!
Elise was a very dedicated sitter! She made sure to get visual confirmation every day that the kitties were doing well. Our kitties are afraid of people and hide but she won them over, with treats of course! She was detail oriented following all of our directions. She provided a thorough description each day along with plenty of photos. It was a delight to see her updates. These put us at ease knowing the kitties were in great hands. I would absolutely book Elise again!
Kania is always so responsive and flexible for our drop ins, accommodating changes to our plan and being communicative at all times! I always feel at ease leaving Lux in her care knowing that Lux is happy and taken care of, and love receiving videos and pictures when im away!
Evelyn was a pleasure to work with. Ask plenty of questions and took detailed notes at our meet and great. She even watered my plants for me while away. My cats seemed to really like her too. She took great care of the while away and stayed in touch the whole time. Will book with her again next time we travel.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
