Evelyn can care for
Availability
I currently work from home with a flexible schedule that allows me the opportunity to care for your lovely pets. I am typically available for pet sitting throughout the week with plenty of time during the day for multiple walks and lavishing furballs with treats and pets. Sometimes life gets busy, and getting back to a pet can mean a choice between a mess at home and sacrificing another area in your life. If you're in a bind, and I can make it work, I am happy to fill in for a short notice walk or drop-in visit for those times when life gets busy, especially for clients whom I've already worked with.

Safety, trust & environment
The safety of pets is always a top priority. Getting my client's emergency contact info and noting their preferred vet is an important part of establishing a relationship. I make it a point during meet and greets to ask about any allergies, not just of pets, but also any humans living in the space to ensure that I don't bring anything harmful into a client's home. It is my goal to treat every client's home at least as well as I treat my own. That means clients can expect me to always respect any private areas of their home. While pet sitting, I pay special attention to securing doors and windows at bedtime and any time I need to step away. Clients can expect transparent communication about how their pets are doing while they're away and the activities of any given day. When preparing to depart a client's home, I ensure that the environment is tidied and minor housekeeping tasks are completed. When returning home, you should be greeted by happy pets in a tidy space.
Information Evelyn F. would like to know about your pet
Before starting a pet sit, it's important for me to know who the emergency contact for the pets is and where to take them in the event of an emergency. I definitely want to know about any special needs or medications pets are taking. During meet and greets I may even ask for a demonstration because I really want to know how a pup is used to being treated!
A typical day
I try to tailor activities to each pet's needs. A good day include long, fast-paced walks with more active dogs or several shorter walks for couch potatoes. If a safe off leash space is available, a good game of fetch or tag can exercise pups both physically and mentally. Some pups prefer to chill and be pet around the house.

Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Evelyn and I love dogs. After caring for 2 boxers for several years, I know how important exercise and stimulation can be for growing pups. I'm regularly spotted asking neighbors if I can pet thier dogs and would be so happy to hang out with yours. I can definitely handle larger, high energy dogs! I'm happy to provide long walks or light jogs down by the water front or out to the dog park for a game of fetch. For less active pets I'm happy to get some play time in, lavish them with affection, or let them do their own thing.
Reviews

Evelyn did an excellent job at keeping me informed about Daisy's walk. I liked the update about how she did during the walk and really enjoyed seeing pictures of Daisy. I could tell that Evelyn really cares about doing a good job and takes her responsibilities seriously. Daisy looked very happy when I came home. Thank you for making me feel at ease.

Evelyn is amazing! If you are considering booking with her, you absolutely should!!! We have 2 German Shepherds, and she was great with them. She took them on big walks and hikes frequently that kept them nice and calm during her time with them. Better yet, she left us feeling completely safe leaving them with her with them, while we traveled away for 2 weeks. She was incredibly kind, and respectful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy our dogs. She even ordered, with her own money, a puppy birthday cake for Moo (who turned 2 while we were away) that we picked up when we got back. She also took great care of our home. I just cannot recommend her enough!!!
Evelyn: Was amazing could have not asked for a better experience. Evelyn took so good care of my dog and also my home. Would highly recommend Evelynn, I have already booked for my next trip.

Wonderful 1st time Rover experience. Evelyn did a fantastic job with my pup. Walked her 2miles, took her to a dog park and was attentive to her. Evelyn took us on very short notice, was on time and professional. Will be booking again and recommending Evelyn.
