About: I have owned and lived with dogs and cats for my entire life. After losing my beloved shihtzu 6 years ago I decided I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others. I foster pets, dogsit/housesit board and walk dogs and I have a flexible schedule. I love dogs of all sizes but I only have space in my own home for dogs under 20lbs. I am available to do home checks and midday walks. I am available for overnights or weekends stays. I will of course follow your rules for whether pets are allowed on the furniture but as far as I am concerned, your pets are family and in my home they can go anywhere that I can go! If you’re looking for someone calm, dependable and responsible, look no further! I have a flexible schedule and can be available for midday walks, dinner, enrichment, and overnights. I love field trips and fun adventures with your pup and can also just hang out if they need companionship. I do not have any pets of my own so that I can dedicate my time to pet sitting and fostering. This enables me to host small pets in my home or to stay with pets for extended periods such as vacations.

“***FIRST TIME ROVER USER**** When my normal sitter became unavailable, unexpectantly, I had no idea what to do. I was at the point of not going away on my vacation because it was about a week away from leaving. This was my first time using Rover, and my anxiety was through the roof about the entire process and the idea of a stranger coming into my home. I chose Marybeth primarily based upon location, her photos of her and her pets and her age/experience. Upon meeting Marybeth, her overall kindness and genuine, sweet, friendly personality put me at ease immediately. She listened attentively to what my needs were and my animals routines, without trying to change or judge anything. She was promptly responsive to all of my communication prior to leaving for my trip and the duration as well. When meeting (2) of my (3) fur babies kitties (only because 1 is a scaredy cat and won't come out for anyone really), you could tell immediately that she has a love of cats and taking care of them appropriately and lovingly. I left instructions for her and she followed all of my requests (even non animal related, like bringing in my mail and checking on my refrigerator door that pops open). She was even kind enough to check on my hamster even though that was not part of the animals requested to watch. Every day while I was gone, she was on time, left me a happy little note about the status of everything and pictures of all my babies. Personally, the fear/worry/anxiety about leaving my babies as well as just someone coming in my home was enormous, and Marybeth really put that to ease for me. (I know I already mentioned that, but I figured for anyone reading this, who is on the fence about hiring through Rover). I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, kind, sweet person to take care of your precious family members while you are away. She even returned my key promptly upon my return. Thank you to her again. I am forever grateful for her.”

About: I have dealt with dogs nearly my entire life! I’d love to pop in and take your pup for a walk and spend some one on one time with them! I have expierence in a lot of various dog breeds! I work full time as a Nurse and am looking for something rewarding to do after my daily 8-4! I currently work full time as a Nurse. I work some days until 2 or 4. Although I do have quite a bit of flexibility! I am trustworthy and am more than willing to provide pop in visits or can discuss other options if needed in your home as well!

I’m a recent college graduate so I’m available most of the week. I’m ready to devote myself to giving care to animals and I love spending time with them. I live in an apartment with my partner and our two cats so, I’ll only be able to provide services at the client’s house. I will take the dog on leash if there is no fence. “Larissa was recommended from a friend for a last minute urgent need. Larissa did a meet-and-greet and 5 drop-in-visits. She made our out-of-state trip significantly less stressful, knowing they were in good hands. She was able to administer a capsule medication and give lots of love and play to our babies in addition to the less glamorous aspect of scooping a multi-cat home and cleaning some cat vomit up. She even managed to coax our timid cat out for scratches after I adamently assured her he would hide the entire time lol. We plan to recommend Larissa to friends and rebook ourselves. Although our cats were happy to have us home, they also seemed a little disappointed that we were not her.”

I will love your furry family member like they are my own. The great bonus for me is the love I get in return from your pet and hopefully provide peace of mind to the owners. I have one 18-year-old grumpy kitty who I love dearly, who will happily hide in my bedroom – and ever so briefly – coexist with my doggie guests. All good there. I would be available any time from Sunday-Thursday for doggie day care or drop in visits... and available from Sun to Wed for overnight stays. I will love and protect your pet like they are my own.
