About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up around many different types of pets, most common were cats and dogs. I currently have two cats and one friendly dog of my own. I work 7:30-4 in Clifton Park during the week and can stop by before or after work for walks, feeding, and check-ins. I’m also available for overnight stays to keep your pets company in their own home. On weekends I’m more flexible—your pet can stay with me and join us for hikes and walks, or I can stay at your home if they prefer their own space or aren’t dog-friendly. About: I’ve had my own animals, both cats and dogs (mainly cats) since I was 6 years old. I’ve had to administer insulin before to my diabetic cat that has since passed. My experience with dogs are mainly of the bigger size (I had a pitbull/boxer mix and a pure bred chow chow). I’m currently working as a Direct Support Professional overnights 9pm-9am Thursday through Saturday (technically Sunday 9am). So I’m pretty open for picking up last minute gigs if needed. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
