About: I have loved animals all my life and your pet will have a great and safe time with me. I will make sure they are well cared for and that they get out a lot during the day. I am usually home all the time but if for some reason I have to leave they will be safe in one room. About: I’ve taken care of many pets in my life as I used to live on a farm growing up. I treat them all as if they’re my kids. I have a part time job as a nurse at a nursing home and I have two children in the home but over the ages of 15, other than that I have no young kids or other pets. I have a fenced yard with plenty of room to play! As well I have a park 2 mins from my home that I can take any pet I’m caring for.

About: My love for animals began early on once I rescued my first childhood pet. Throughout my life I have walked and taken care of animals however, my love grew insurmountably when I rescued my first dog (Gordy) myself. Gordy and I loved walking, hiking, going on adventures, and snuggling. Unfortunately, in November 2024 he was diagnosed with a variety of complicated health problems and passed away in April 2025. That journey led me have experience in handling diabetic dogs (giving insulin, being aware of behavioral changes, and giving medication). I also have some experience/knowledge in dog training as Gordy was a canine good citizen. I am acutely aware of how to successfully walk and handle hyperactive pups and love to provide other enriching activities. I am communicative and love interacting with both dogs and humans and I find it important to gain the trust of you as I know all too well how much your pup means to you. I am a licensed mental health counselor who currently works primarily at home. I have a flexible schedule allowing plenty time for a good walk and enrichment while also providing appropriate downtime and attention. While I do live in an apartment, I have access to a number of parks in the Troy area while also willing to travel to surrounding areas for more fun.

About: I've been taking care of a wide variety of animals for a long time. I have experience in all around basic boarding care for dogs, cats, and various reptiles and small animals; dog training basic obedience, fear or frustration aggression/reactivity, high drive dogs, and anxiety behaviors. About: I’ve owned animals my whole life, but didn’t get into professional animal care till about 2 years ago. Since then I have worked at several daycares and been the Assistant Manager at one! I’ve been around all types of pups from your most nervous dogs to your ultra reactive barkers. I’m always willing to work with you and your dogs! I have plenty of time to see your pups as I work primarily in the morning. I am also very flexible with drop-ins and can do most last minute appointments. DISCLAIMER: I do not stay overnight for my house-sitting requests. I have 5 dogs of my own that while I’d love to bring them with me, I cannot. I am able to be there first thing in the AM and as late as needed in the afternoon. My own pup loves other dogs so if you’re comfortable with your pup having a doggy friend, she is able to tag along! I am comfortable with any necessary oral medication administering, normal feedings, and normal play time with the pups! I am also able to do light training if interested. If needed, I can also do nail trims for an additional price.

About: I have owned and taken care of my own cats and dogs my whole life. I have also worked on a dairy farm. So I’m able to work with larger pets too. I’m available during the day 8am-10pm,I can make an exception to nights if you looking for a vacation sitter. I’m open to all type is special diets an needs to the animal such as helping them use the bathroom or eat. I prefer to stay at the clients home due to having 3 cats of my own and not knowing how they are with other cats.

I have lots of experience with working dog breeds, as I have 3. I also work with pit bull rescue very closely. I love to take pictures so I will update you through photos if you wish! Whether it’s the anxious abandonment issues, they’ve recently had surgery and need additional special care, are an old introverted who just needs to be let out, has extra energy and prefers long walks, or even a reactive sense of humor. Where we practiced techniques from The Dog Guru. More importantly each animal/client/prospect is different. Therefore, I will follow the clients/animals routine. Whether the animals need long walks and extra attention. Or just a quick drop in and some fresh water. Or extra lovings while their owner is away. Your animal/animals will surely be taken care of.

About: I have experience dealing with a high-energy English Springer Spaniel since she was a puppy! I helped train her in basic commands using positive reinforcement and have walked her regularly for 7 years. As of right now I’m currently a junior at SUNY Geneseo and will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-3 and during the weekend 9-5. Your dogs safety is my top priority. I will make sure to learn the commands they respond to and their personality. Earning their trust is extremely important to me so they feel comfortable and safe in my care.

I really enjoyed building relationships with the animals and owners. It’s a passion of mine. I’m currently looking for something to offset school and life costs, I have recently decided to go back to school to study radiology. I would like something I can do around my schedule.
