About: Hi! My name is Taylor, and I’m a passionate animal lover with 5 years of hands-on pet care experience. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I currently have 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 5 chickens of my own! My experience goes far beyond caring for my own pets. I’ve worked at two dog daycares and as a groomer, where I gained experience caring for dogs with a wide variety of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I love spending time with animals of all kinds and have about 8 years of experience. About: Growing up with both cats and dogs and currently living with our dog Kylo and cat Kala, I have a genuine love for taking care of pets. Love getting out on walks, and with Kylo being a husky, I am definitely used to some leash pulling! We also love a good game of tug-of-war. Working from home, I can be super attentive to your pup’s needs. We have a fenced in yard that they can have access to at anytime throughout the day. While I am not a trainer by any means, I worked with a trainer when we first rescued Kylo that gave me a lot of confidence to work well dogs and understand their behavior more. My first experience dog sitting was for a husky of a family member. We would go on walks, and she loved trying to chase the deer in the neighborhood. Subsequently, the neighbors asked if I would come sit for their Rhodesian Ridgeback, who was just a large ball of energy! I can provide play time and will also ensure that your dog will be comfortable during their stay. I work full time from home but am done with work around 2pm. Working from a computer makes it easy to keep an eye on your dog, be able to take breaks to play and potty, and follow up with lots of good afternoon time. I have a fenced in yard, and Kylo is very friendly and would love to play with your dog. Our cat is kept separate from the dogs.
