“Megan did an exceptional job watching my very big but silly 7mo/65lb puppy for a night! She sent no less than 10 photos and a few updates as the night went on. Typically he doesn’t want to sleep/cuddle near someone “new” but he took to her right away and fell asleep with his head on her lap. Megan left the house as I left it and even started the laundry with the bedsheets (despite me telling her not to worry about it!). Would highly recommend and I’ll be booking her again in the future.”

“Wow!! We have been using Rover for 10 years and Megan is our first "perfect" sitter. She is super communicative, sends pictures with excellent little daily write ups that arent too short or too invasively long/frequent, and followed our instructions to a T. My neighbor even remarked that my dog seemed happy and content when she spotted them walking the lake together. I came home to a perfectly clean house - Megan had even washed and remade the guest bed and laid out her clean towels! The house also smelled heavenly with the dinner she had made before I arrived home; she must be a great cook. Even my plants had all thrived and seemed to be very happy and growing. If the plants are happy too, you know that you found a gem! ;) Not once did Megan call or text me with an emergency or needing help with small little idiosyncrasies when staying in a new home. She was incredibly self sufficient, reliable, and respectful of my home - but also great about communicating her needs upfront during our consultation, or asking permission via text while I was away. About: Recently retired professional. I’ve provided a warm & loving home my entire life for our many pets - lap dogs and hunting dogs alike. When you are away, you don’t want to worry about your fur babies. I know all too well the pain of losing a pet in the hands of an inexperienced or irresponsible care taker. I’m dependable, caring and trust worthy. I offer peace of mind for you and in return a few extra bucks for me to supplement retirement. Safe/Secure pet care and house sitting. My schedule is flexible; especially with advance notice. Whether it’s walks and potty breaks or overnight sitting I can usually accommodate any schedule, including the holidays. Although typically we will not board at our home, on occasion we’ll make exceptions depending on the breed and temperament. We have two Shih Tzu’s that are extremely playful and nice with other pets. In your home, I will take care of your pets as you would.

“We are so happy we found Adam. At our initial meet and greet, he immediately got down on the floor with our dogs for a proper doggy intro. We have 2 huskies and a golden doodle and two cats, so there’s a lot of critters around when you walk in our house, and they get pretty rambunctious when they get excited. Adam was not at all phased by the craziness, and was ready to jump in and play with them. The day he came for the weekend, he got to the house right before we left and made sure he had all of the info he needed. He took the dogs on fun adventures and sent us great pictures and a nice message about how much he loves them all. Our doodle is a senior with some mobility issues, and he took great care of her also. Our cats are usually not out and about with new people right away, but even they spent the weekend getting loves. It’s always stressful having a new person in your house and taking care of your furry kids (especially when they are high maintenance like ours,) but Adam put us at ease and proved to be up to the task. When we got home, everyone was happy and the house was well taken care of. We’ve got a longer vacation coming up, and it’s a relief to know that we will have Adam here with the pack.”

Cambria did a super job with our pets. The day before we left one dog ended up in Urget Care after ingesting bones and having tarry black poop. We had a specific care plan for him and frankly Cambria is the ONLY sitter I would have felt safe leaving him with! “No problem” she said, “I’ve got this!” After we talked about it. He recovered and she sent me very specific updates about his condition. She always sends lots of pictures and takes our younger dog on some very long walks to keep her happy. Plus she leaves the house in better shape than anyone ever does. Everything nest, tidy, folded, and the little welcome home bouquet was so special. She is the best pet/house sitter ever. Maria was a wonderful companion to Fiddlesticks! She was communicative during our trip, sending great photos and updates.
