“June was very communicative and did a wonderful job with our fur babies! We received lots of pictures and our pup enjoyed lots of play time. We are thankful that we had her help on vacation. :)”

“Our 130# Newfoundland and cat were well taken care of. Communication was great, even using a different app since we were in Europe. Would not hesitate to use Charlotte again, she cared for our animals like they were hers.”

“Zoe was great. My big dog can be a challenge and she handled him well. I loved knowing he was comfortable in his own home and he loved the fact she let him sleep in her bed. We’ve already booked her for a second time.”

“We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Heather. After a few disappointing encounters with other sitters who didn’t even show up to meet our dog, Heather was a breath of fresh air. Not only did she show up as promised, but she immediately connected with our dog, treating him with genuine warmth and affection. While we were away, Heather cared for our pup as if he were her own—providing regular updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind. It was clear he was in loving and capable hands. We wholeheartedly recommend Heather to anyone in need of a trustworthy, compassionate pet sitter. She exceeded all of our expectations.”

“We appreciated that she spent time with our dogs and kept them company while we were away. It was clear they were being given attention, which meant a lot to us. However, there were a couple of concerns that are important to mention. We have cameras in our home, which she was made aware of in advance. While most were turned off, we left the front door and one camera in the dogs’ area on. At one point, one of our dogs had an accident in that room. The footage showed that it was seen multiple times but not addressed. I only became aware of the situation after receiving several notifications and had to reach out to ask that it be cleaned. This made me feel that it may have been left unattended otherwise. Additionally, we had left our house key in a lockbox on the door. While the key was placed back inside, the combination was not reset. Since we were out of town, this felt like a safety concern, as it left our home more accessible than we were comfortable with. That said, I’m still giving her 4 stars. I know she’s just starting out, and these are all things that can easily be improved with a bit more experience. Overall, we’re grateful for the care she showed our dogs and appreciate her help.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience with Day! Their communication was top-notch from start to finish, keeping us updated with photos and messages. Our dogs were incredibly happy and well-cared for, and it was clear they enjoyed their time with Day. We felt completely comfortable and at ease knowing our fur babies were in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Lydia has been such a joy to work with. She truly loves animals and cares about your pet. She was eager to learn our boy Oscar’s personality and made sure he felt special. She frequently updated us and sent lots of great pics. She was also very respectful of our home. Lydia is kind enthusiastic and very professional. Your fur baby will be in good hands.”

“Linda was a life-saver and took such great care of our pets and house so we could attend to a last minute family emergency. She did a fantastic job and we will definitely use her again in the future.”

“Alexia was absolutely wonderful with our 2 pups and I am so glad we booked with her! She stayed with our pups all day and did an amazing job! Our older golden just had ACL surgery so she was great with taking extra care of him! Our younger golden has a lot of energy and she did great at keeping him entertained and happy. We will definitely be booking again! It was so great to be able to go away for the day and know our pups were happy and very well cared for!”
“Brent was great with our two dogs (65lbs, and 15lbs). He also took great care of our home. He sent lots of pictures and videos throughout the trip. We plan to hire him in the future.”
About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was little until they passed. I now take care of friends and family’s pets. I love walking and parks so having a dog with is pretty fun. I give baths, feed and try to teach tricks. I am now a college student who is home for breaks and during the summer. This limits my schedule a little due to being away at school, but anytime I’m home I wouldn’t mind taking care of any animal. I normally just go to a clients house to take care of their pet. It seems to be easier for everyone, if needed to be at my house I have a really big yard it’s just not fenced.
About: I have been around animals my whole life! Anything from a cat, dog, frog, snake, lizard, horse, rats, birds. I love them all! I have researched so many animals Hello there hows it going? ! I work part time Door Dashing so would like to increase my income and hopefully just do rover full time! I have a large fenced yard that can host quite the dog party. I have 2 dog friendly dogs to give your precious fur babies company too! I also have a car to drive to your home for petcare too of course!
“Charles is awesome. He is sooo generous with meeting me and Woody before my trip. Charles was excellent with giving me an update during his stay at my house with Woody.. Woody loved Charles & they got along fantastic. I would recommend Charles to anyone with a pet! He was extremely respectful of my house, generous with his time & Woody loved him. There is a 💯 % I will ask him to watch Woody again!”

“Its hard leaving you fur babies with someone new. This was my first Rover experience and I couldn't be happier. The communication during my absence was great and my twp dogs exceptionally well cared for. 10/10 will use again!”

“We had an excellent experience with Julie over the Christmas weekend. She took wonderful care of both our dogs and cats and kept our home clean and well-maintained while we were away. One of our dogs was recovering from surgery and required special attention, and she handled his care with great diligence, including treating a hot spot on his paw. It was very reassuring to know our pets were in such capable and compassionate hands. We would absolutely recommend her to other pet owners and would happily book her again.”

About: I have experience with helping with foster dogs and cats that had medical needs. The past 3 years I have house sat for a few families that had dogs that needed medicine and wound care. I work per diem at a local hospital and am able to pick my own schedule as needed, so flexibility is key with me. I often was able to do last minute planning with those families due to my work schedule. I provide loving, attentive care for pets in their own home while their owners are away. This includes feeding according to their regular schedule, giving fresh water, providing companionship, playtime, litter box maintenance for cats, and daily walks or bathroom breaks for dogs. I also make sure the home is safe, secure, and maintained, including bringing in mail, and giving owners regular updates with photos so they can feel at ease while away.
