“I have used Rover for years, and Erin has been by far the best dog sitter I have had the pleasure to work with. She house sat my 14-year-old Yorkie, Molly, for a week. Molly, in addition to being an elderly little one that requires daily oral meds, suffers from separation anxiety. She’s an extremely picky eater that tends to mope around and not eat when I have to go out of town and can’t take her with me. Erin kept my little girl company and was as sweet and kind to her as if she had known Molly for ages! She medicated Molly as instructed, took her for her little old lady slow walks around the yard, and sent me lots of updates and pictures. Erin was not only amazing with my Molly, but she was also very respectful of my house and even offered to wait for me to be home before leaving in case there were any issues with my flights. She genuinely cared for my fur baby, and that meant the world to me.”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and rodents. I have also watched dogs for friends and family. I stop to pet every dog I come across out in the world, with the owner’s permission of course. I’m always looking to make friends with animals. My dog passed away at 17 in November 2024, so I would love to fill some time with more animals until I’m ready to adopt again. I’m currently self-employed and working part time, so I have plenty of time to walk and play with your furbabies! My schedule is pretty flexible, especially for the rest of this year. Outside of your home I can take your pup to a local dog park, or take them for nice walks on some local trails, or even around your neighborhood.

About: I have recently lost my 14.5 year old husky who enjoyed walks every day and all the Rover dogs that stayed with us in the past with Rover boarding. I have recently added service to stay in the pet owners home as well. I love the responsibility of caring for, feeding, cleaning up after and watching dogs socialize and simply enjoy life. One of the most memorable experiences of my childhood is when our golden retriever had 11 puppies. When they were several weeks old, my Mom agreed to bring in one or two for show and tell to my fourth grade class. She couldn't decide which ones to bring and much to my surprise (as well as my classmates), she brought in all 11! I'd love to care for your pet! I work full time during the week primarily remotely. My weekends are for the most part dedicated to caring for various pets. I have lots of love and attention to give to your pet. I have several years of Rover boarding experience and have recently added service to care for pets in their own homes as well. I am very calm, considerate and safety conscious and can't wait to meet your pet.

About: I have had dogs my whole life, all different breeds with all different needs. My current dog lives with seizures and continuously needs attention, meds, and different foods, so I understand that all dogs need special care, and lots of love! My schedule varies, but I am actively looking to make extra money over the summer, so I will do my best to make bookings work! If visiting your home to care for your pup, I can take them on a walk, play with them, feed them, clean up any accidents if necessary, or give them meds if needed! I want to care for them just the same as you would.

“Fern was amazing! First rover i’ve ever gotten that i would book to sit twice. I have been burnt before in the past sadly but Fern sent so many photos and was so communicative and went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend her for your pet sitting needs! The cats loved her.”

“Tati is an amazing person and wonderful with dogs. Our boxer, Guinness, immediately took to her and made a new friend with her Sage. Having Tati stay with Guinness overnight allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. We're very grateful for her help and hope to have for Guinness in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you Tati! 🐶♥️”

About: With many years of experience caring for and loving animals, I’ve worked with everything from puppies, dogs, kittens, cats, and small animals like guinea pigs and bunnies to larger farm animals like horses and alpacas. I take pride in providing attentive, reliable care and always prioritize each animal’s well-being, comfort, and routine—whether they live in a cozy home or a barn. I have lots of free time during the day and am looking to spend it caring for animals so pet care fits perfectly into my routine. I place a massive emphasis on making sure that your furry companion feels comfortable and one way I do this is by keeping their routine as similar as possible to what they experience with their own owner.

“Carlie was a wonderful sitter for our dog and house while we had to take a last minute work trip and then again the next week when we left on our planned vacation. She sent photos every day and the house was spotless when we returned. We will not hesitate to hire her back to watch our pup the next time we need to go out of town.”

“Tessia stepped in at the last minute to save my vacation. Normally I would do a short trial to be sure my dog would be ok with a new overnight sitter. No chance to do that this time so I was a little worried but it went pretty well. My dog was happy with Tessia and well cared for. I am very grateful!”

“Ty literally came to the rescue for us. He was accommodating and so understanding of our ever changing plans. He arrived on time and was very communicative. When we arrived home our dog seemed quite content. We will use Ty again.”

“Mallory was first and foremost an excellent communicator. Then, of course, her care of my pups was exemplary - called or texted almost immediately when I contacted her. I was heartened that she so enjoyed the company of Finn and Jenny. Couldn't ask for better care of home and pups. Will definitely welcome her back as needed.”

About: I have been around cats and dogs since I was a child. I love being around animals whether it’s to play, to provide them food (or treats!), medication, a clean litter box, a walk, or just a human to hang out with! My sweet cat just recently passed away. She had various health issues, so I’m aware what it takes to give them what they need. I also have experience with giving them medication. I work remotely most of the time which allows me to be flexible of when I can be available for house visits for your pets. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your pets. I will send you multiple photos before I leave each visit with your pets.

Kayla H.
“Kayla is amazing with pets! I’ve known her for a few years now and while we worked together canvassing areas for potential clients, Kayla always had to stop and pet every single animal we saw in our path. I always thought it was funny that all the dogs were attracted to her more than me, but they must serve her love for animals cause she’s a pet owner herself. I definitely recommend Kayla as a pet caregiver your animals will love her and she will treat them like her own.”

“Cecelia is very knowledgeable, caring, patient, and goes the extra mile. She treats my dogs like one of her own and my babies are so happy when I come to pick them up. Sometimes I feel like they want to stay!! She adheres and listens to any type of special requests and also keeps me updated, which I appreciate. I recommend her to all of my friends. Her rate is beyond reasonable for the quality of care you're receiving.”

Mary R.
“If you need a dog walker in the Seacoast Southern New Hampshire area- get in touch with Mary! When first getting Enzo we didn’t know quite how we would juggle the work schedules as well as proper care for our new found family member. Then Mary saved the day. Mary is absolutely delightful; genuinely cares about all of her pet friends! Mary has gone far above and beyond the duties of “dog walker” and has helped with my dogs continuing training education, made it a point when he wasn’t feeling so well to pop in and check on him for us since she was passing through the neighborhood and figured he could use a check-in, and has even gone so far as to help assist with rides to the vet for routine visits. Enzo absolutely adores Mary and the time they spend throwing ball together, or walking through his favorite trail in the woods. Mary is now a part of our lives and I couldn’t imagine how my husband, Enzo, and I would get by as smoothly as we do without the natural care and empathy of Mary. Thank you!”
