About: I have no doubt that dogs are a human's best friend - and I love them for that! Growing up, my family had a very sweet Staffordshire Bull Terrier who we raised from birth, and everyone knew she was basically my dog because I loved her so much. Friends and acquaintances have relied on me to exercise and care for their animals when they are away for many years. I took care of a high-energy Vizla in Santa Barbara, CA, who woke up early and required a lot of exercise on the beach. I am currently walking and caring for a little, mixed breed older guy with some abandonment issues (in Fort Collins), and my partner also has an older, female German Shepherd in Cheyenne that I adore. I am very responsible and detail-oriented, so you can feel very comfortable that your pets will get their medications and exercise while you are away, and that your home will be left in good hands. I enjoy walking, especially in parks and natural areas, and getting exercise together with a dog is much more enjoyable and entertaining than walking alone. I also have a car (Subaru) and am able to transport your pet in the back as needed. I recently completed an MBA degree at Colorado State University focused on corporate sustainability, and for the next few months I am training for my financial advising certifications. I can study almost anywhere, which enables me to be present for your pets. I live in Fort Collins, but drive to Cheyenne regularly and also enjoy visiting neighborhoods further south and closer to Denver. My background is in environmental science, and I worked as a middle school science teacher for 7 years. In a client's home, I pay close attention to the care instructions left for me and maintain a schedule as close as possible to that of the owner so that your pet feels as comfortable as possible. Depending on the client's preferences, I communicate regularly with pictures and messages regarding how your pet is doing on a daily basis...but I am also happy to only reach out if there is an issue, enabling you to relax and disconnect from daily life. I am mindful of maintaining a good relationship between your pet and community while you are away by picking up all of your pet's poo while walking and helping to limit barking noise if possible. I prefer to meet your pet while you are still home so that they can get to know me and grow comfortable with me. Ideally I would love to build longer-term relationships with my clients and their pets, but a one-time assignment is also great.

About: Having been in the pet care industry for almost a decade, I've never met a pet I didn't love! I'm comfortable working dogs large and small, cats aloof and cranky, and friends furry, scaley, or feathery! I can't wait to meet yours! Caring for animals is my full-time job, so your pet will be my top priority! Most weekends I work part time at a doggy daycare, and weekdays I spend my time out and about walking pups around town! With enough notice I can accommodate most any schedule or care that your baby is used to! I live in an apartment complex that sits next to a gorgeous natural area, and provides a large fenced in grassy area for dogs to run off leash! About: I’ve had a dog in my household ever since I was born, in that time 2 of my 6 dogs have had puppies which I have raised. As my dogs aged I’ve taken care of them in their senior state. After turning 16 I’ve expanded my care to the local dog shelter and within my neighborhood. I am currently in summer break from school until august 10 when I go to Colorado for college. I am free mostly any day before then. I have a fenced yard with 2 other dogs who live completely outside, they are great with other dogs. My parents and younger sister live with me. Unfortunately my father doesn’t allow larger dogs in the house so they will spend the day in the yard where there is water, shade, and if needed, a separate section to be away from my dogs.

About: Being outside a lot, having a vehicle able to bring with and transport pups to really great spots and back. I do really love dogs a lot, but just a great attitude goes along way. Really just enjoy the experience, time, and friendship. With the amount of care and consideration I put into my daily life and routine, I aim to have the compassion and respect as you do for your pets and home. Always on leash unless other wise given an okay, fed at the particular times upon request, contained at home in provided kennels if need be. For me, keeps me busy, meeting everyone, exercise, and just great time shared. Pretty new to this website and area while giving me a chance to learn all about the things to come and destinations to be had. I have pets and watch pets for friends as they are fire fighters and police officers who work long shifts so along with my own pets I just bring everyone along I have a nice 3 bedroom with lanai and walk my pets two to three times per day. Once morning, afternoon and before bed. Feeding usually 2 times per day usually requires for special needs
