In previous years I have even helped owners with their house when our area experienced prolonged power outages. While you are away, you can expect regular updates, photos and quick communication so you always know your pets are happy and safe. I am available most weekdays and weekends. I will help with any overnights that need taken care of. I have recently been working from home, so anytime you need someone I can be your go to person. “I had to go out of town for a full week, which is not unusual for me, but a few of my pets are now considered seniors so I don’t feel as comfortable having someone quickly drop food and leave anymore. Allison came for at least half an hour every single time she stopped by. She played with them and made sure that they had enrichment during the day, I could tell treats were definitely enjoyed, and it seemed that everyone was eating very well. I have baby cameras throughout my house to keep an eye on them and every time I checked and they looked so peaceful and happy. In fact, they were even sleeping in bed together, something they haven’t done since one of my others passed away last December. It truly warmed my heart to see how much better they did with her than my usual quick drop by visits. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
