She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. About: My mom is a zoologist, so I was raised learning how to treat all animals with the best care. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special food conditions. I know that our pets our just as much part of the family as humans, and I promise to provide them with the best and most loving care as if they were my own. About: I’ve always been a dog family, growing up with always 2 dogs or more in my family households. When I was 20, I adopted my soul dog Dusty, who was extremely dog reactive. He showed me a lot of how to deal with reactive dogs, especially on walks and dealing with strangers who may not get that their dog may be friendly, but yours may need that extra space to be comfortable. I now also own two cats, adopted from the local shelter Paws and they have become my life. They are very clingy but also shy towards strangers. So I also very understand if you own some shy cats, I would love them just the same! I currently live all year in State College, work full time but still have plenty of time for my cats and still have more time for others. Just let me know 24 hours ahead or more and it can happen! I am fully comfortable crating all kinds of dogs, walking any breed, or dealing with any shy temperamental cat. About: Ive been around pets my whole life. For as long as I can remember I’ve had dogs in my home. My family is also a rescue family so I’m very confident with many breeds and ages. We also adopt a lot of senior dogs so I’m very confident in senior care. Can’t wait to spoil your pet! I currently work part time at Plato’s Closet State College where I am a seasonal supervisor. About: I love take walks, so walking you pet(s) would not be an issue. I also love interacting and be being there for them as well. I find that being there and understanding their queues and their needs is a very big thing. I would be able to look after your pet(s) after 8a.m and before 2p.m. This would be during the week day and sometimes the weekends as well. This varies by what eat pet(s) would need, but I know for my dogs wiping them after they walk is a big thing. I would also abide to any rules or regulations they would need and also treat them as my own as well.

About: I’ve always had family animals that I’ve adored and that got my foot into working in rescue! I’ve work with extra small to extra large dogs, a lot of cats and some other species. I feel very comfortable with behavioral differences in different animals. I’ve worked along side very talented vets and techs that have taught me a lot about medical care, as well. I work part time at home with a dog and two cats. I take physical and mental enrichment very seriously for all animals. Any animal I’m caring for comes first everyday. A tired dog is a happy dog. I have friendly animals at home, a large crate if needed and a separate room set up for shy animals to warm up to the other animals. We have a large (not fenced) yard but we take many long walks a day to keep up with physical needs!

My children are super gentle and loving and love to take walks so finding time to take your dog for a walk will be no problem! I am home all day so your dog will get lots of attention!
