About: Ive taken care of dogs of different breeds and sizes since 11years old. I’ve had pets dropped off at my house to dog sit, I’ve gone to others houses for the weekend to dogsit family, friends and neighbors that have entrusted me with their pets. I’m currently working and doing online classes from home. So I have plenty of time to focus on the pup/dog. I work wells with schedules so I can work around the normal schedule you have your dog/pup at. I don’t have a fenced yard but I do have a yard, which I walk the dogs around town to get their walks in. I have 3 cats but depending on the dog they can stay on the 3rd floor. I also have a neutered male husky and a unspayed cattle dog mix (she’ll be fixed in a few months) we have 4 adults at the house as well. I’ll do onboarding , walks , and also checking in on them if you’re away.

“Our two (a Golden and mixed lab) stayed a full week at “Camp Jill.” She sent pictures and positive encouragement that they were all good. We definitely recommend her. Our Golden swam for balls in her above ground pool and there was shade for them when they felt like sitting outside. We will call upon Jill again. Her home is an easy loop from 90th street bridge or backroads from Bethany.”

About: I have loved dogs my entire life, and grew up taking care of them from a young age. I have attended many dog training classes with my family dog, and understand that every dog has its own personality and needs. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding schedules and administering simple medications, and play time. As a pet sitter I am dependable, responsible, and I pay attention to detail. I will treat your dog as if they are my own. I am currently a college student at Salisbury University so I have one to two classes in the morning and am free throughout the day to go for good walks, play time, and am available to do drop in visits. I also live in a house with a large fenced yard and I offer dog boarding. I provide safe, reliable dog care. I have reliable transportation and lots of available time during to the day to either come let your dog out for a good walk, or I also offer dog boarding at my own home that has no other pets and has a large fenced yard.

About: I currently have a cat and a golden retriever and would love to help you take care of your dog while you are in need. I work from home Monday through Friday so my schedule allows me to be very flexible for potty breaks and general playtime while I'm taking care of your best friend. We have over 3/4 of an acre of property and are also located in the heart of Berlin...So a walk or outside playtime is no problem.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and my family currently has four, so I’ve had lots of hands-on experience caring for them over the years. I’m a huge animal lover and I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, potty breaks, and giving dogs plenty of attention and affection. I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I’ll always follow your instructions carefully and treat your pet with the same care I give my family’s dogs. I’m a college student with a flexible schedule, and I’m happy to make time for pet care around my classes and other commitments. About: I have taken care of kinds of dogs of all ages! I believe that animals are kinder than people and deserve the world. My parents own a Rottweiler mix and a Boxer mix, and my sister owns a Pitbull mix, so I am comfortable and familiar with the bully breeds. I am very active myself and love when I have a dog to accompany me on my own walks and daily activities (within the limits of the dog of course). I currently work part time in a restaurant, but I have plenty of time in my schedule to care for some animals! With enough notice, I am able to house sit, or have your dog stay at my house! My schedule is highly flexible for longer visits, or even just a short walk in the middle of your work day to give your pet a break. My home is quite large and has no hazards to any animal. If your pet was to stay with me, I have experience with dogs who are crate trained, but do not have a crate of my own, since my dogs are at my parents house. I also live with 3 animal loving roommates, so your dog would never be alone. I have a small front yard for quick trips to the bathroom, but live in a highly walkable area with dog parks and bigger greenspaces within walking distance for your pets pleasure. I love playing tug of war, or fetch with any puppy, and giving constant attention when I am caring for pets.

On Rover, sitters set their own rates based on factors such as their experience, the length of care, the number of pets, and your pet’s specific needs. As of November 2026, there are 59 sitters on Rover offering Dog Boarding across Stockton. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.

96% of sitters in Stockton can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.

During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Stockton home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
  • Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Stockton.

Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.

You and your Stockton sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in MD ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
