About: I have taken care of dogs as well as cats since I was 10 years old when I got my first pet a small dog named bandit. Since then we have welcomed two wonderful cats into our home who I took care of until I went off to college. When I started to drive I got the opportunity and trust of students and parents at my school to watch there dogs while they were out of town or on vacation. However, when I went off to college I was unable to keep at it. Until this year that is. When I was recommended by that same family to watch some other dogs that were in my area. They travel a lot for softball mostly on the weekends so it was a good fit. I am ready to now expand into new territory here on this app! I currently am a full time student at Palm beach Atlantic university. If you read this. This is your disclaimer. This is only part time and I do love it but recently people do not realize that I am only human. I have been so stressed out recently trying to please everyone but I can’t. My main job is being a student so I will not prioritize my services over my schooling. If you are booking me over a time that school is off. I may have some sort of job especially during the summer. If you want someone who will be at the house all day every day I am not the person for the job. I will be there the majority of the day but it is important to me that I spend time with my family and that I focus on my schooling too. I am going to try to build up some services in WPB this year. About: I am a dog owner for the last 7 years (female rescue, 50lbs, lab/retriever.) Before her, I had cats my whole life. My pup is a part of my family and I would treat yours with the same care and compassion. I work from home, live in a duplex and I have a backyard that is mostly fenced (your dog would stay on a leash back there), and I live right next to Dreher Park where we could go for walks 1-2 times/day. Let's do a meet and greet! I work full time from home, and have lots of flexibility for walks and pets. In the evening, we take walks in Dreher Park right next door. Life is quiet around here. No smoking. I'll be here with them all day and can take them to the backyard or for walks in the park. I have a 50lb rescue that has been described by boarders as an alpha female, so she may get barky at first but it ends there.

Kayla is awesome! I had to leave town and my cat suddenly developed some eye issues. She only has one eye and had health problems in the past which almost caused her to lose it. Seeing it flare up at the last minute made me super worried, and I just happened to find Kayla on rover. When I saw she had a veterinary experience, I messaged her very late that night to see if she could squeeze me in. She happened to be up, met me and my cat the next morning, and totally saved the day. She sent lots of pics & updates. Was timely, communicative and all around a pleasure to work with.
