“This was our first time booking anything concerning a sitter for our two dogs. We haven't gone on vacation in years because we were so anxious about leaving our dog with someone or some place. After reviewing different sitters we picked Yasmeen. She came over and had a trusting and pleasant energy. Had I not known my lab I would be nervous because he can be hyper initially. Yasmeen just put a treat directly into his mouth as if he was her dog! We were sold at that very moment. Our Maltese liked her immediately. She was willing to make all of us comfortable by fulfilling our requests. Keep in mind she had the keys to our entire home for a week while we were in another country! She did 3 drop ins per day. She sent cute, goofy pictures, potty info and events such as chasing bees for each visit. That relieved the little anxiety that was left while away. She even took our packages inside the house. We came home and they were happy to see us, but they also seemed to be at peace which we were thankful for. She also left us a little thank you note. We will 100% use her again!”

She walked her dogs more than 3 times a day, so one day she asked me if she can take bella with her. Bella always love seeing pearl and playing with her so I said ok. I am disabled so I just use to let bella run in front and use the bathroom, and pearl should pick up the poop for me. So when she asked to walk bella everyday with her dogs I didn’t hesitate to say yes. Ever sense then pearl has been my dog walker and without her I wouldn’t still have my dog. Jason has been absolutely incredible. We needed someone to let our 2 pups out 3x a day and we were in a time crunch. This was my very first time using rover so I was a bit hesitant. I can’t thank Avalyn enough for the incredible care she provided to my beloved cat, Thomasina. Thomasina is very shy and not quick to trust, and for the first 7 days of my trip, she hid in the closet—nervous, withdrawn, and clearly missing her routine. But Avalyn never once rushed her. She made sure Thomasina had food, fresh water, and a clean litter box nearby, gently checking in on her while giving her the space she needed. Avalyn’s calm, compassionate attitude and genuine love for animals make her a standout cat sitter.
