About: I previously owned a doggy daycare/grooming/boarding facility in Louisville. I have tons of experience in this field. I have a full grooming setup in my home, and I offer baths, blowdry, nail trims, and shave-downs. Your pets will receive around-the-clock care. My pets are my top priority and I always plan everything around them! I give as many potty breaks as needed and we spend a lot of time playing outside OR inside when weather is bad. We care for dogs in our home. We have a fenced-in backyard. We take the pups on daily walks, and we have lots of playtime in the large backyard. We have a full grooming setup in our home and offer baths before pets go home!

About: I am a veterinary nurse, I am able to administer medications as prescribed. I am able to spot early issues during dog walking or pet sitting. I work strictly weekends, but I am here for you if you need to go out of town during the week or need someone to walk your pet during your work hours I feel like pets do better in their own home, I will lfollow feeding instructions, make sure they are played with and taken care of.

“First of all, I am not only a worried dog/cat mom; I am also a veterinarian. In other words, I am very picky with the care of my fur babies. I have used Miranda for my pet sitting needs before so I knew she was excellent. This time she also rose to the occasion. It was the Fourth of July. Even though she was only scheduled for drop by's, she stayed with my babies during the whole of firework hours on the 5th when she realized how scared they were on the 4th. She also cleaned up after they made a huge mess with litterbox; everything was spotless when I arrived home. I was able to communicate with her the whole time, easing my apprehensions about leaving them. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her as a sitter for anyone looking for a responsible, caring, and communicative individual.”

About: I adopted a rambunctious shelter cat 5 years ago. She’s a wild child with a big personality! And I took in a stray cat about 2 years ago, who needed lots of care, including surgeries, food insecurity behaviors, etc. I’ve cared for cats my entire life, but these 2 girls have taught me how to handle the extremes. I am very knowledgeable about cats and their needs, and I can promise you, your baby will be taken care of as if they were my own (aka like perfect princess angels that I’d go to war for) I work from home, so I can immediately take care of any and all needs. I frequently check on my 2 cats, and have no issue stepping away from my desk if needed. In my home: My 2 cats have their own bedroom, catered to their playtime and nap time. They have free rein of the house, and are very welcoming to other cats. They are up to date on vaccinations and vet care, and they do not go outside for their safety. In your home: I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, with kindness and patience. I will follow your routine. I will be sure to change my clothes and take off my shoes to avoid any anxiety from smells of my own pets.

About: I own my own dog, who is well trained, along with caring for neighbors dogs, and training. I have puppy sat at my own home for multiple nights. In my free time I watch a lot of dog training videos and love to do animal research. I enjoy cats while I do have limited experience. I am a full time college student however, I have my evenings free on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and weekends work great for me as well. I have a privately fence for running and playing around and good neighborhood to walk and a some much needed exercise your fur baby will need. (Requests outside of my radius may require a travel fee) I am a substitute teacher so with that I do not have to work every single day which gives me extra free time for pet care! About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs with very different breeds, personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. I’ve grown up around pit bulls and retrievers and am currently a proud Chiweenie owner. One thing I’ve learned from caring for dogs is that understanding their behavior is just as important as feeding them and taking them for walks. I’ve had experience recognizing when a dog is frightened or overstimulated and giving them the space and reassurance they need. For example, when my childhood dog became overwhelmed after a stressful interaction, I took him somewhere quiet so he could calm down. During thunderstorms and fireworks, when he would tremble with fear, I would bring him somewhere comfortable and stay with him until he settled. I’m also the person at family gatherings who naturally ends up keeping an eye on the dogs—making sure they’re getting enough exercise and attention while also making sure younger kids give them appropriate space and treat them respectfully. I’m comfortable with walks, playtime, bathing, and overnight care. I enjoy both tiring out an energetic dog and providing a calm presence for a nervous one. I’ve also cared for cats and generally find that they warm up to me pretty quickly. Most importantly, I will enjoy taking the time to learn your pet’s individual personality, routines, and boundaries. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re with me. I am available throughout the day. I wake up early and care for my own dog before 8 AM every day. I can come by whenever is needed or stick around if that is preferred! I start by taking any instruction from you to heart regarding your pet's personality and habits. Outside of that, I generally would like to start by having a joint meeting between me, your furry friend, and their best friend: you! That way, they can establish a level of trust for when I come by on my own. I follow the routine that you would like me to follow while remaining alert to your pet in the present, just like with my own pup.

About: Hi! I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember, and animals have always been one of my biggest passions. I currently have two rescue dogs and a rescue kitten, so I am constantly surrounded by animals and am very familiar with the care, attention, and love they require. My dogs are apartment dogs with a small yard, so we average about 5–6 walks a day. Walking, playing with, and loving on animals are genuinely some of my favorite things to do. My mission is to provide the best care possible for your pet while also making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I have plenty of experience caring for puppies, kittens, elderly dogs and cats, administering medications, animal hygiene, and more. I am comfortable around animals of any size, color, or breed, and I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. I have a large 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and beds for playing, sleeping, and zoomies!
