“Valeria, stayed overnight to take care of our three dogs. This was our first time using Rover and we were so fortunate that she came to help us out with the overnight stay. She did a great job communicating and sending picture of the dogs. We will definitely use her services again.”

“We have hired Madi for half I’d the summer, so I’m leaving the same amazing 5 star review on all of my dates! My dog usually does not eat whenever her family is not home. It’s been a thing every time we’ve left her with someone else. She is so comfortable and happy with Madi, she’s eaten every meal and is a calm happy dog when we get home! Also, I come home to my house being cleaner than I left it,(which was not part of the agreement) but a very welcome surprise! All the stars for this girl! She is amazing!”

“What an OUTSTANDING experience for our furs and for us! 12/10!! We are hoping Samantha is always available for our future trips! Our pets appeared well cared for, as was our home. We will definitely try to rebook, she will be our go to in the future!”

“Elizabeth was fabulous with our often anxious pup, Gunner. He's generally unsettled when we leave him with a sitter for the first time, but we got photos of him sleeping belly up next to Elizabeth on the sofa - a sure sign that he was totally at ease! Elizabeth did trick training with him, which he absolutely adores. It's no wonder he whined when she left. Elizabeth is professional and kept us updated throughout the sit. We'd give more than 5 stars if we could!”

“Tressa is an extraordinary and superstar house/dog sitter! I'm so glad that we found someone as patient, sweet and professional to help out with our dog Chicky while we were out of town. Our pup has some reactivity issues with new people, especially in our home, and Tressa was incredibly understanding and gentle while taking the time to come over and get to know Chicky before our trip. Tressa had no problem understanding the special needs of Chicky, and after a day of us being gone, they had built trust together and were quickly becoming best buds, which was surprising to us as Chicky usually takes longer to warm up to a new person. This is testament to Tressa's care and ability to really understand the nuances of our dog, and Chicky trusted her right away (wow, still amazing to us!). Tressa is also a wonderful person and sent us tons of updates while we were gone, which warmed our hearts knowing that Chicky had made a new friend for life. Our house was immaculate when we returned. I truly believe Tressa is the best house/dog sitter in the Bozeman/Belgrade area - highly recommend!”

“Trena was awesome to work with! She was very communicative and sent us pictures when she first arrived and mid-day as well! It gave us peace of mind seeing that our fur babies were relaxed and comfortable with Trena.”

“Gabby was amazing! She was very responsive, kept us updated, and took excellent care of our girl while we were away. We came home to a happy pup and would absolutely work with her again. Highly recommend!”

“Vanessa took care of our cat Bowie for a second stay and she was wonderful again! This time we asked her to give Bowie subcutaneous fluids every other day, and we were relieved that Bowie was getting them while we were away. Vanessa also kept Bowie’s face clean of discharge, let her out on supervised walks in our backyard, and provided her with her normal daily routine. We especially appreciated all the videos and photos we got, and proactive check in when a medication was low so that we could reorder it. Bowie seemed quite content.”
“Abby made sure my pets were comfy and kept me updated while we were gone for the weekend. Her communication and care gave me so much peace of mind as we left our anxious dog behind for a trip!”

“Emma was the BEST dog sitter I’ve ever had. She gave frequent updates, sat in the sun with my dog, and I could tell she gave me all the love he usually gets! She also made sure he got all his meds on time. I could tell he was so happy and taken care of while we were gone!”

“Bryant was excellent with my senior dog. He was incredibly experienced in terms of my dog’s specific needs, including diaper changes and being mindful of her dementia traits. He was also very communicative and offered multiple updates throughout the day.”

“savannah was excellent, always kept me updated and really paid close attention to my dog who i love so much. i felt so great on my time away knowing she was there to help us and care for him.”

“Katy was amazing!! She took special care of our little Bentley, was very communicative, responsive, and sent plenty of photos throughout her stay. We came home to a happy dog and a clean and tidy house. So pleased! I would hire her again in a heartbeat! Thanks Katy!!”

“Ashley has great communication! She sent multiple pictures, let me know when she arrived and when she left. My dog was the most relaxed and content he has been with any sitter. We will definitely be using Ashley again.”

“We are very fortunate to have found Jenna and Tula. From our very first meeting, she made us feel completely comfortable leaving our dogs in her care and the pups all got along great. During the stay, Jenna was always in touch, sending daily updates and pictures. It was clear that they were having a great time enjoying her and Tula's company, and we could see how much attention and love they were receiving. We returned home to happy, well-cared-for dogs, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Jenna truly goes above and beyond and we will definitely be reaching out the next time we need help with our fur babies.”

“Naomi was wonderful! She communicated well, was reliable, sent photos and even offered to come back if our flight was delayed due to bad weather. We’ll definitely hire her again!!”

“Emily did both house sitting and dog sitting for us while we took an eight-day vacation. She took excellent car of our border collie, Sadie, walking her every day and just keeping her company. We came home to a clean house and a happy dog. I would use Emily again and I recommend her highly.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Springhill Park
Brianna was a life saver with a last minute very needed help to look after my goofy golden. She was able to meet up and reassure me that Chester was in good hands. The best kind of sitters are where they are able to handle just about anything without too many questions so you are able to just relax and focus on other things! Brianna is super confident in what she does

Frenchie has sat a few times for us and always does a great job. We were running a little late leaving so we’re still home when she arrived. Both of our dogs ran to her and were so excited to see her so it’s obvious they have bonded well as they are normally reserved with people they aren’t fond of.

John was an excellent sitter for our two dogs (a 4-month-old puppy and a 3-year-old) during a 4-night in-home stay. He met with us before our trip to go over their routines and make sure he understood everything. Throughout our time away, he sent frequent updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear he spent plenty of quality time with them, especially outdoors, and they were happy and well cared for when we got home. He also left our house spotless. We would absolutely recommend John to anyone looking for a reliable, caring dog sitter and would be happy to book with him again.

Emma was wonderful. She came ahead of time to meet our pets and was a wonderful house guest. She communicated well with photos and details, asking questions whenever needed. We felt such relief in knowing our fur babies and home were in good hands. We would highly recommend Emma!

George has watched our girls a couple times now, and I can honestly say that when they’re with her, I know I don’t have to worry about them AT ALL. She loves them like they’re her own, and they love spending time with her too. George is always my first go-to if we’re traveling anywhere.

Katy is such a great sitter, I cannot recommend her enough! We have an intimidating older dog that can be difficult with new people, it is such a relief having a sitter that does well with her so that we can truly relax when we go out of town. Katy always sends pictures and updates so that I'm not left guessing about anything. Hoping she never stops pet sitting so that we can use her for as long as we have dogs!
Ellie was great! She was very communicative, providing regular updates, and took great care of Toby. We had a unique situation come up where we thought we would need to send Toby to the vet while we were away. Fortunately, we did not end up needing to, but Ellie was very flexible and understanding with our concerns while we tried to sort things out, making the whole situation very painless. We came home to a happy, healthy dog. I’d recommend Ellie to anyone!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
The average cost for House Sitting in Springhill Park on Rover is $44.4 per night (as of August 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Springhill Park walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Springhill Park maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Springhill Park choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Springhill Park. On Rover:
- 100% of sitters can help with special care needs

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
