This was my first time ever trusting someone I didn't know to watch Trilly, so I was anxious. Kristin immediately put me at ease with frequent updates, thoughtful messages, and lots of photos, so I always knew how Trilly was doing and never had to wonder if everything was okay. Additionally, Trilly was 2.5 weeks post-op, so I was a little worried she might require extra needs but thankfully it wasn't necessary outside one minor incident of Trilly throwing up. Kristin monitored her after that and Trilly got better. & Trilly really loved her. Kristin sent me the cute pic of Trilly napping right next to her, with her paw on Kristin's arm. My kitty doesn't do that with just anyone, so it really speaks to how kind, patient, and caring Kristin is with your pet. She also took wonderful care of our home!
