About: I know it can be hard to find a sitter for your sighthound(s)! We have two full-size greyhounds that are ex-racers and that do well with their own kind; we'd love to be a resource for other sighthound (greyhound, whippet, irish wolfhound, etc.) owners looking for someone to watch their dog(s). We have a fenced yard so our dogs get to be outside a lot between letting them out back and long walks to and around the neighborhood. I work from home and/or are home with toddlers, and have room and time to take care of your dog(s). Our dogs really do best with greyhounds, but if you have a large, low-energy dog, we could do a meet and greet and see how they do together! They generally do well with a dog that will respect their space. We have a toddler and baby so your dog will need to be good around kiddos! I'm home with my kids so I'm able to take the dogs on walks, and plenty of social time! Especially when the weather is good, they love to spend time in the yard. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs, I like to offer lots of pets and play and socialization! We have dog beds throughout the house and outside.

About: I grew up having dogs and learned to take care of them at an early age. I have also taken care of several different breeds and enjoy the company of every kind! I have a flexible schedule during the week and my husband works from home, so we have ample time to care for your dogs. We are flexible and easy to communicate and work with! We live in a very pet friendly apartment complex that is air conditioned and has access to plenty of outdoor parks and walking trails. Dogs in our home will get plenty of attention and love!

About: Hi! My name is Madeline. I have done pet sitting on and off for 5 years. My typical clients are neighbors, friends of friends, and family. I was the main pet-sitter for a retired couple for two summers as well. I am willing and able to take care and spend time with any of your animal best friends, although my main experience with cats and dogs. I am also good with multiple animals; the two summers I spent pet sitting for the retired couple I watched their two australian shepherds and three cats. I’m active and spend a lot of time outdoors with my husky mix, Nugget, so your dog will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I prioritize safety, reliability, and communication, and I tailor my care to each dog’s individual needs and routine. Whether your pup loves adventure or prefers a calm companion, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, and care. I’m able to accommodate morning, midday, and evening routines, and can be flexible depending on your dog’s needs. Whether your dog needs consistent daily care or occasional help, I’m happy to work with your schedule. I have a fenced yard with a dog door, so your dog can go in and out as they please, or I can close it off if you prefer. My dog (a husky) loves being outside and often relaxes on his outdoor bed, but I also have multiple dog beds inside and outside so your dog will always have a comfortable place to rest. We stay very active with multiple walks a day, and I usually bike with my dog once a day using a harness and leash for safe exercise. If that’s something you’d like for your dog, I’m happy to include that as well. I always adjust to each dog’s needs, comfort level, and routine to make sure they feel safe and at home. I also have seat belts and harnesses in the backseat of the car for the dogs while driving.

I work from home full-time, which means your dog will get lots of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. We also have a fully fenced backyard, and my dogs and I love walks, hikes, park trips, and spending time outside. Whether your dog is high-energy or prefers couch cuddles, I’m happy to match their vibe and routine. I’ll always follow your care instructions closely and make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and right at home. I’m also happy to send updates and photos during their stay if that’s something you’d like! Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine since I work from home full-time and already care for my own two dogs every day. My schedule allows for regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of supervision throughout the day — not just mornings and evenings. We’re active and love getting outside for walks, hikes, or park trips, but there’s also plenty of downtime for dogs who prefer a calmer routine. I’m happy to follow whatever routine or schedule the owner has for their dog to help them feel comfortable and at home. Since I work from home, I regularly let my dogs outside for fresh air and playtime throughout the day, and we usually fit in walks, hikes, or a game of fetch at the park during the week.
