“Emily is a very caring and intuitive pet caregiver. I have known her for a couple of years now and she has worked with my dogs and cat and done a great job. My two dogs are both very high-energy, intelligent mutts that each have some behavioral issues. One of them has separation anxiety and Emily has consistently worked with her and has been able to calm her down, sometimes better than we can. The other one is very temperamental and she has also been able to get him to stop growling and behave each time she is at our house. Our cat is very loving and has never had any issues, but she also loves Emily. I have also watched Emily work with her dogs and she has trained them to perfection even with previous issues they had. I would highly recommend Emily as a pet caregiver and I believe she will do a great job helping out with any pet and can also assist in training if necessary.”

About: Retired until the next recruiter finds me. Held a security clearance for over 26 years. I've been boarding, house sitting, dropping in, walking, and running with dogs since before COVID hit. I also provide cat care. Open to other duties as assigned (mail collection, plant and/or pool/spa care, garbage/recycling, snow clearing, etc.). Prices are ajustable. Golf league couple evenings/week, and ski locally on weekends. Membership Director of the Battle Creek Ski Club - occasional meetings. 50 mile radius is for house sitting; drop ins or walks within 10 miles. Safe neighborhood in Battle Creek. I have a fenced yard with good safety latches on the gates. I have a pool with a safety cover off-season (3ft safety barrier available-see photos). I heat with a solar cover, so house sitting while it’s open is not feasible unless you live nearby. Dogs are not allowed on the pool covers or in the pool. Dogs must stay on leash during a meet-n-greet at my house, as Rover does not cover those (donations appreciated). ( I do not own any pets or have children, and live alone. I can only adequately supervise 1 dog at a time around the pool. Bi-level home with carpeted stairs. It has been marked, so if that’s a potential issue, please look elsewhere.

Titus isn’t the easiest of dogs to deal with, but she goes out of her way to make things better for him. About: I have taken care of pets since I was a little girl but dogs will always hold a special place in my heart. Just as sure that your child is safe with me, so is your fur baby. I am currently employed with Walgreens but i am only there about ten hours a week. I am free on most days all day long. I have a nice sized backyard that we could play in. The neighborhood is pet friendly and we would take walks to get our daily exercise in. I’ll make sure your pet is fed and loved on while in my care.
