2. Joseph E.
“To Whom it May Concern, If you place your pet with Joey I can assure you they will be in good hands. This is because Joey loves caring for dogs and has a way with them. He has had excellent customer service in every job and he excels in all of the work that he does. He takes pride in dealing with customers and has a special way with working with animals where you can tell they are happy and feeling good. Joey is an excellent communicator which is what I personally love about him, he is quick and efficient in communicating. But the best part is that he actually cares.”
3. Ally M.
About: I’ve had pets my entire life, always had multiple dogs in my home. I grew up on a farm with cows, horses, chickens, cats and dogs to name a few. I’ve been a pet sitter for family. I have a flexible work schedule and only work part-time as it is, so I’m available at many points throughout the day to check in. I have three dogs a lab, a golden retriever and a cattle dog/bulldog puppy. We also have a cat. I have a fenced in yard and am able to help with socialization. We crate train our pups also and it helps give them downtime and there own space.
4. Alaina M.
“Alaina did such a nice job watching my two older dogs while I was on vacation. Watched over my house and filled me in with pictures of my dogs while I was gone. She was very observant in taking the great care I was looking for. I would love to get her back. Very impressed with her experience working with animals”
5. Samantha B.
“She is a very responsible, caring, and joyful person! She is very trustworthy and I would trust her with anything I need! She has a drive for animals and it shows in her work!”
6. Catherine O.
“I highly recommend Catherine for any of your pet needs. We weren't able to get a sitter for our long weekend and so I reached out to Rover at the last minute. Catherine responded right away to my message and was able to come over on short notice for a meet and greet with our dogs. I was a bit nervous about our dog Ricky as he is not used to strangers and can come off as aggressive. Lots of barking and growling but has never bit anyone. But Catherine knows how to handle dogs really well and within 5 minutes of meeting they were friends. She was really good with spending time with them and playing with them while we were gone. She also kept us up to date on the dogs and shared photos which we really appreciated. We will definitely be reaching out to Catherine the next time we need someone to watch over our dogs.”
7. Kelli G.
“Where does one start to describe how incredible Kelli is with pets? Kelli is an accomplished caregiver for cats and dogs, quickly learning their likes/dislikes and needs, she also has a keen sense to know when something is off with an animal. Kelli is dependable and the first person many call when looking for someone to entrust the care of their beloved pet. It is easy to spot someone who is doing what they are passionate about, and that is Kelli when she is working with animals.”

About: Retired until the next recruiter finds me. Held a security clearance for over 26 years. I've been boarding, house sitting, dropping in, walking, and running with dogs since before COVID hit. I also provide cat care. Open to other duties as assigned (mail collection, plant and/or pool/spa care, garbage/recycling, snow clearing, etc.). Prices are ajustable. Golf league couple evenings/week, and ski locally on weekends. Membership Director of the Battle Creek Ski Club - occasional meetings. 50 mile radius is for house sitting; drop ins or walks within 15 miles please. Safe neighborhood in Battle Creek. I have a fenced yard with good safety latches on the gates. I have a pool with a safety cover off-season. I heat with a solar cover, so house sitting while it’s open is not feasible unless you live nearby. Dogs are not allowed on the pool covers or in the pool. Dogs must stay on leash during a meet-n-greet at my house, as Rover does not cover those. I do not own any pets or have children, and live alone. I can only adequately supervise 1 dog at a time around the open pool. Bi-level home with carpeted stairs. It has been marked, so if that’s a potential issue, please look elsewhere. 4-wheel drive Jeep, so snow is not likely an issue to get to your fur babies.
15. Rex L.
“Rex is a very caring, pet loving human! He loves animals, even to the point of rescuing baby turtles, baby raccoons, anything he sees or finds. He doesn't want any animal to suffer, ever. He would be an awesome pet sitter/dog wallker. As he is patient and extremely gentle and kind. When it comes to animals and children you couldn't ask for a bigger heart, or a better man. I believe he would do very well.”
