About: I work at Milwood Animal Clinic in portage. I’m working towards my license for being a veterinarian technician. I work with dogs, cats, and other exotic animals. I can medicate and care for most if not all animals. I am very comfortable with many exotics. I can watch animal at there homes along with occasionally able to watch at my home. I can do drop in but I do work most weekdays from 8-6 in the portage area. I like detailed lists from the client telling how to care for each animal. I love stopping by at a sooner date to meet animals and owners and get a feel for the environment before watching an animal.
4. Keegan S.
“My *spirited* French Bulldog loves Keegan! When they are together I know he’s in the best hands. Whether it’s walking, playing, cuddling, cleaning, administering meds or daily care, Keegan keeps my anxious dog safe, healthy and calm. He is always respectful of my home when he stays, I’d recommend him to anyone looking for pet care!”
5. Rayna C.
“Rayna took great care of our pets and house sat for us for 2 weeks last year. She is a very responsible person. I highly recommend her.”
6. Emily H.
“Emily is a very caring and intuitive pet caregiver. I have known her for a couple of years now and she has worked with my dogs and cat and done a great job. My two dogs are both very high-energy, intelligent mutts that each have some behavioral issues. One of them has separation anxiety and Emily has consistently worked with her and has been able to calm her down, sometimes better than we can. The other one is very temperamental and she has also been able to get him to stop growling and behave each time she is at our house. Our cat is very loving and has never had any issues, but she also loves Emily. I have also watched Emily work with her dogs and she has trained them to perfection even with previous issues they had. I would highly recommend Emily as a pet caregiver and I believe she will do a great job helping out with any pet and can also assist in training if necessary.”

About: Held a security clearance for over 26 years. I've been boarding, house sitting, dropping in, walking, and running with dogs for over 3 years now. I also provide cat care. Open to other duties as assigned (mail collection, plant and/or pool/spa care, garbage/recycling, snow clearing, etc.) Slated to go back to work April 22nd, remote M&Fs. Golf league once/week, occasional sub, and like to ski locally on weekends. Membership Director of the Battle Creek Ski Club - we meet twice/month. Safe Shadowood neighborhood in Battle Creek. I have a fenced yard with good safety latches on the gates. I have a pool with a safety cover off-season (newly added 3ft safety barrier-see photos). I heat with a solar cover, so house sitting while it’s open is not feasible unless you live nearby. Dogs are not allowed on the pool covers or in the pool. Dogs must stay on leash during a meet-n-greet, as the Rover guarantee does not apply. I do not own any pets or have children, and live alone. I can only adequately supervise 1 dog at a time around the pool. Bi-level home with carpeted stairs. It has been marked, so if that’s a potential issue, please look elsewhere.
12. Brittney A.
“I had the absolute pleasure of having Brittney take care of my animals, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment she arrived, her passion for animals shone through, and I knew they were in good hands. Not only did she provide top-notch care, but her communication skills were outstanding. Brittney kept me updated every step of the way, giving me peace of mind while I was away. She also walked my dogs and sent me pictures of them while I was gone. I highly recommend Brittney to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and communicative pet sitter or dog walker. She's simply the best!”
13. Jacklyn A.
“Jacklyn is fantastic! She provides excellent, loving care for our two dogs -- she even takes them to the dog park and out for neighborhood walks! She also takes great care of our home, and leaves it just as clean if not cleaner than when we left. She is a great communicator and responds to texts and messages usually right away. We highly recommend Jacklyn!”
14. Katherine L.
“She's very great with animals. Takes care of my dad's German shepherd while he's at work. I love coming over to see a happy dog. I highly recommend Katherine to dog sit for the rest of my family and friends.”
15. Rex L.
“Rex is a very caring, pet loving human! He loves animals, even to the point of rescuing baby turtles, baby raccoons, anything he sees or finds. He doesn't want any animal to suffer, ever. He would be an awesome pet sitter/dog wallker. As he is patient and extremely gentle and kind. When it comes to animals and children you couldn't ask for a bigger heart, or a better man. I believe he would do very well.”
16. Zach B.
“Zach is absolutely excellent! I’ve had him walking my pup regularly and I always leave for work knowing that Zach can both handle an overly energetic dog and provide me with updates/extra info if necessary. He’s gone the extra mile for us time and time again while maintaining a professional rapport. Highly recommend his services to anyone that needs a dog walker!”
17. Breana S.
“Maggie Dot loved walking with Breana S.”
18. Lindsay B.
“I contacted Lindsay about boarding our two dogs. She was very quick to communicate, and we texted back and forth a lot. She was always very responsive! We scheduled a Meet and Greet and met at a park near Lindsay's house. She and her daughter met us and were so sweet! I immediately saw how much they love dogs and doing this work. I waited at the park while they introduced my dogs to their house and pets. Lindsay even took a video to show me later of how well my dogs did! No other sitter has ever done that, and it offered me a lot of reassurance. I would definitely recommend using Lindsay to help with your pets. She is worth it!”

About: I love animals! I have had a pet my entire life, and I think I have a special knack with them. I own my own home, and I have room to take care of your fur baby over night here, or just make visits to your home. I am flexible, reliable and dependable. I work from home so I am able to be available for you. I think you will be happy with my care and attention. :) I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am able to take your pet out on a leash, and I also offer walks. I have a crate that can be used, if that is something that your pet is used to. Otherwise, they can just become part of the family and sleep on the bed while they're here!
20. Abigail H.
About: I was raised around many big dogs in my family and helped train them my whole life. I currently have a 12lbs dog and a 65lbs dog. I have trained them to do different tricks like sit, lay down, paw, Fetch, potty trained and crate trained and stay. Being gentle and kind to animals is a huge priority because life wouldn’t be the same without them. I love dogs and love to shower them with love so they know they’re appreciated :) I currently have a small summer gig working with about 10 Multilingual students helping improve their English proficiency. I meet with them Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-2pm, so outside of that, I am available at any time/day other than Saturday and Sunday. I will always treat pets with kindness, love, and respect. I am always sure to cater to my pets insuring they have water/ food & are comfortable. I love to play with dogs and help them get all their energy out. If I am in a clients home, I will be respectful of their environment and only have the intentions to cater to the dog(s) when I’m there.
