About: I have been around many different kinds of animals growing up. I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and other small rodents and reptiles. I work from home! My schedule is very flexible. I usually have two regular clients during 12-1:30 three times a week. Definitely able to work around those times! As your pet sitter it’s my goal to make sure your pets as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I would love to know their routines and personalities so I can care for them as best as possible!

About: I have lived with dogs and cats all my life. Since the age of 12, I have also taken care of pets for family, friends, and neighbours in addition to taking care of my own pets. I have been trusted to care for dogs both long term and short term. I have experience caring for animals with special needs. I currently hold a very flexible work-from-home position that allows me to make more time for pet visits, walks, and play time throughout my day! I have a large yard with a lot of new and different smells, however it is not fenced in. I take great care of client's homes and ensure to treat them not only as I would treat mine, but even better.

About: I have grown up around working dogs helping my mom with care and training. I am comfortable with all dogs big and small, young and old. I have raised dogs from puppies to seniors and can administer medications, I even have experience with catheters if needed. I can assist with agility and obedience training for enrichment and set up activities to keep your pup stimulated. I have two years of experience volunteering at the Kalamazoo Nature Center in animal care so I can even provide care to snakes, salamanders, toads, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and birds. I work at a horse farm in hickory corners from 8 am till 12pm Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Any time outside of that I’m most likely free. I follow the owners routine and requests to a t to ensure their fur babies are as comfortable as possible while their parents are away.

About: Anyone will say "I love dogs". However, I left a 26 year lucrative restaurant career to learn how to be a dog groomer this year. Dogs are my life. You never have to worry if the person taking care of your dog really cares as much as you do about your special baby. I do. I am not too proud to do silly voices or put on their favorite duck outfit if it will get tails wagging and smiles for miles! I have a very flexible work schedule so I always have availabilities throughout the day for walking and activities. You pup wont be left alone all day having to hold it! I am not currently offering at home services, but for our doggos we have 6ft fencing around our backyard. We keep plenty of enrichment toys around for my 4 to play with. Dog gates in our home also help keep curious pups out of areas they are not supposed to be in! Whatever instructions you give, I follow to the letter! These are your babies and will be treated with the same care and love I would expect for my own!

About: I am an operations manager and I work nights on the weekends! This makes my week very free and flexible. If you need your pet cared for on a day different than the availability I have listed, message me! I may be able to provide services on alternative days depending on the week. I have a dog, Rigatoni, and he loves to play with other dogs. I love to hang out around animals and I will give your pet all the love it needs while you are away! My schedule for my job is Saturday night-Tuesday morning. This means that I am very flexible during the week. As a rover user myself, I understand the importance of communicating while watching someone’s pet, and I am excited to spend time with more animals. My apartment complex has an expansive green space. I will be able to walk your pet around a pretty environment based on the amount you would typically have them outside and their normal activity level. I love being active, so your pet will return to you happy and healthy. In drop by visits, I am willing to stay as long as needed to ensure that your pet has time to play or just be around someone while you are away.

About: I am a huge animal lover who grew up with cats, dogs, horses, “pocket pets”, and reptiles. I am currently working as a vet tech at a veterinary clinic and have dedicated my life to animals. I have fostered over 500 cats and dogs that were homeless and at risk of euthanasia, and I have dogs of my own. Rosco and Rory are my Golden Retrievers. They love everyone and everything, every new pup they meet is an opportunity to make a new best friend! They welcome our boarding pups with open paws ❤️ I understand how stressful it can be to leave your precious fur babies in the care of another individual, and I am hoping to make that less stressful for you! I can guarantee your animal will love our walks and time together, and I am always happy to send updates and a report on how each visit goes to put your mind at ease! Plus we live on three acres, one of which is fully fenced in which is a lot of fun for the pups to run in! We also love going to hikes and walks on trails and love to take our boarding pups along if the owner approves of walks and hikes. I pay close attention to detail, follow instructions well, and your animals well-being is of the utmost importance to me. I currently work at a veterinary clinic four days a week, my fiancé works an alternating schedule where it makes it that someone is home or able to stop home to check on and let the pups out very regularly. I have more availability than my calendar demonstrates as unfortunately we can only select full days and not certain times. So if you have a request for days that aren’t listed, please feel free to still send me a message and I’ll see if I can make it work for you! 😊 I live on three acres. One acre is fully fenced in and I have two friendly pups that love other dogs that will help keep yours company! We do not leave dogs outside unattended and we do not leave dogs that are unfamiliar with each other loose together when someone is not monitoring them. Therefore, I do prefer that dogs are crate trained if they are coming to board in my home. When I board a dog, I am at home for majority of the time they are with me (as I feel the benefit of Rover is that your pets are in a home setting not a kennel). However, if I need to run to the grocery store, etc. I must be able to safely crate any dog. We go for daily walks and hikes as well, and love to play fetch! I work at a veterinary clinic several days a week, these can change week to week. I also have all holidays off. My fiancé works an alternating schedule from me so someone is home a good majority of the time or able to stop in for potty breaks and play time. For house sitting, I do not offer constant care. I can offer a midday drop in on the days that I am off, a dinner visit, and then am there 10-12+ hours overnight. I have visits for other clients throughout the day and pets at home that does not allow for constant care. Rest assured, your pets will receive a lot of love and attention. I have a fully fenced secure yard on an acre of land. Dogs are not left outside unattended ever. We take safety very seriously and animals in my care are treated as my own. I do require all dogs be up to date on vaccinations and prescription flea/tick prevention at least a month prior to boarding. I require proof of these vet records prior to boarding. This is for the safety of your pet, current boarding pets, and future boarding pets. Thank you for understanding! We do have a cat in the home and are able to keep them separate from your dogs if needed. However, this is a bit more difficult during extremely busy times of the year (such as major holidays since they are a bit more hectic).

About: I have owned or taken care of pets of all shapes and sizes, from Newfoundland dogs to Scarlet macaws. I’m experienced in pet training and have taught my cats to walk on leashes, play fetch, sit, and more. I’ve also trained puppies in proper manners, leash skills, basic commands, and fun tricks—like teaching my own dog to jump into boxes on command and hold my hand while walking on his hind legs. I have cared for special needs pets requiring extra attention and am experienced in administering medication. I work full-time, but I work from home most of the time and my hours are super flexible. I typically finish between 3-4pm and am free the rest of time during the week days. I am more than willing to visits or walks throughout the day as I have the flexible hours. Pets are family and should be treated as such in my eyes and when I come to your home I respect your space. I don't touch anything without asking or wander around unless it is for the sake of your pet (ex. I can't find them for medication). I strive for top of the line care like I want for my pets. I would like to do a pre-visit when possible to make sure they see me with you prior to help them be a bit more comfortable.

About: Semi-retired former federal employee (for over 25 years) with high level clearance. I've been boarding, house sitting, dropping in, walking, and running with dogs since COVID. I also provide cat care. Open to other duties as assigned (mail collection, plant and/or pool/spa care, garbage/recycling, snow clearing, etc.). Prices are ajustable. Golf league couple evenings/week, and ski locally on weekends. Membership Director of the Battle Creek Ski Club - occasional meetings. House sitting radius is unlimited -willing to travel; drop ins or walks within 10 miles please. Safe neighborhood in Battle Creek. I have a fenced yard with good safety latches on the gates; pool with safety cover off-season; heat with a solar cover. House sitting while it’s open is not feasible unless you live nearby. Dogs are not allowed on the pool covers or in the pool. Dogs must stay on leash during a meet-n-greet at my house, as Rover does not cover those. I do not own any pets or have children, and live alone. I can only adequately supervise 1 dog at a time around the open pool. Bi-level home with carpeted stairs. It has been marked, so if that’s a potential issue, please look elsewhere. 4-wheel drive Jeep, so snow is not likely an issue to get to your fur babies.

About: My abilities range from Chihuahua level to Great Dane sized dogs. As my personal bff is a little cutie named Daisy(4yr old Black Mouth Cur). I love dogs of all ages and sizes!! I’m currently a student at the University of Michigan and commute home on the weekends. Opening up my weekends(Sat-mon) and weekdays under special circumstances to love & care for your furry friend! Daisy is currently a mix between an indoor and outdoor girl. We have a large fenced in back yard area specially designed for her range of freedom in mind. I intend to be the only one assisting in animal care.

I currently provide pet care by visiting your homes, ensuring your pets are comfortable and well cared for in their own comfortable environment. While I don’t offer in-home sitting yet.. About: I'm no expert, but I am very patient and understanding with pets. Two dogs and four cats of my own, plus working a year at the humane society makes me confident in most situations. I'm currently a college student between semesters and I don't work. As a stay at home husband, I have a flexible schedule through the summer. Not looking to host, primarily looking to walk and/or visit pets. Avid walker that can often be found at Leila Arboretum, and I'm very comfortable with all dogs. My strength is patience.

About: I had taken care of dogs of every kind since I was very young. I have relied on me to walked, feed and bathe their pets. I had also trained 2 dogs with some of the sign language as well to teach the animals to sit and stay with the sign language. My friends and family have relied on me to take their dogs to the dog park, the beach and go on the morning hike. Just really take care of their animals with the love, respect and support for those need my help for them to enjoy their time or a getaway! I'm currently working from home on my own flexible schedule! I do have a lot of time in between working virtually and I can do my job anywhere! So if I take the dogs to the park or go on a walk, I could work on my phone to reply my emails, messages etc. I do have the good balance of taking a break from work to spend the time with the animals to give them my attention and cuddles and go on a walks or adventures! First thing first is to care the animals with respect, love and comfort to be in my home or in your home. At my house: I do have a fully fenced back yard and front yard with my two lovely dogs that will give your animals peace of mind and protection. In my house are full of cozy energy, your animal will love this place to run around and enjoying every moment to be here. I have a few bowls of water around my house, they will be hydrated while your animals are here. I don't share human food to the animals. They will always be fed with their own dog/cat food. It is the open space in my house so the animals will be seen in my full view at all times. They will be protected while they're here. I do have a doggie hole as well! The dogs can go outside at anytime with the backyard wood fenced around. If your cats aren't outdoors, that's okay because I do leave a baby gate to block the doggie door hole so the animals doesn't get out and I will take the dogs outside to my front yard that are fenced as well. At night time, I do put all of my cats in my bedroom with me while the door are shut so the dogs can go outside on their own while I am asleep until the morning time, I would block the doggie door with the baby gate and let the cats out my room. If your cat isn't outdoor cat then he/she//they can be with me in my bedroom with all of my cats or they can sleep with my little sister in another cozy room with the cat litter & food/water/toys. I love to have the transparency communication with the owners as well! Lots of pictures will be shared to the owners as well! The owner with the animal will need to meet me and my animals just to be sure to see how they interact and to see how you feel about your animals for being in my lovely home. If I was at your house, I am that person that will follow your wishes and expectations of how you would want me to care for your animals. I do clean up after myself when I am at your house and to keep it tidy clean as you like it to be. I also like to step outside with the dogs/cats to keep my eyes on them or even just being outside with them and play with their toys to give them my joyful attention. I love to have the transparency communication with the owners as well. I will always ask the owner before assuming or trying things out. I love to meet the animals before starting the whole process to feel it out how the energy goes for us and for your animals too. If it flows great with you, I and your animals then there will be lots of pictures will be shared to you as well!

About: My fiancee and I are animal lovers, we have 3 dogs of our own that get along great with other pups. Our dogs aren't just our pets, they are part of our family. We also have 4 young children. We take our dogs to the lake frequently, so if your dog loves the water we could bring them as well. My fiancee and I will approach your pet as a team offering a human presence to watch and care for them at all times of the day. Our dogs enjoy a large fenced back yard where they can run freely. About: I've never lived in a place without dogs or cats and I grown up with all kinds of animals, from hamsters to horses. In this new phase of my life, I'm excited for a new adventure everyday, whether it's going for a walk at a new park or staying overnight in a new place. About: I have taken care of my family’s pets ever since I was 12 years old. Caring for animals comes naturally to me. Whenever I meet new pets, they feel comfortable with me within a short period of time. I have cat sit for one of my friends elderly cat that needed special attention for about 3 years. I am very empathetic towards animals needs and wants. At this time I have a very flexible schedule. Because of my availability, I will be able to care for your pet usually most weekdays and weekends. My family has a fenced yard where our dogs love to go outside and play. For any pets that I take care of, I am very accommodating to their needs.

About: I was raised around various dogs, and I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs for my neighbors and my roommate. I had 3 dogs at one point with food sensitivities and I’m aware of how to mentally and physically stimulate a puppy or dog with playing and treats during training. I call it: “dinner and a show.” During play time I also reinforce commands they already know to also engage them mentally so they are more exerted and relaxed afterwords. I’ve raised puppies from 8weeks and assisted elderly dogs with vision issues, and health issues up to the age of 17 years old. Including hand feeding and other wise. Administrating medication as prescribed is no issue. I do not have formal experience in a veterinary environment, so anything more complex than pills is not in within my ability. I currently moved from Texas to Michigan , and I have an open schedule. I currently care for my landlord/roommate who has two forms of cancer. My schedule is open all week including Sunday upon special request. I absolutely love the outdoors, exercise and playing with dogs, and I can’t wait to meet yours! I take care of my puppy Ivy, she goes with me everywhere. She is my little Velcro girl. She sleeps in my bed, she eats what I eat (obviously nothing toxic), and she goes on hikes with me regularly. My roommates spaniels receive similar treatment and absolutely adore getting their coats brushed, and fed, their head and ears massaged, going outside to play and more! They, Athena and Boudica love to go on their walks! I love all dogs and I have yet to meet a dog that didn’t love me yet in 27 years.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a little girl but dogs will always hold a special place in my heart. Just as sure that your child is safe with me, so is your fur baby. I am currently employed with Walgreens but i am only there about ten hours a week. I am free on most days all day long. I have a nice sized backyard that we could play in.
