About: I work at Milwood Animal Clinic in portage. I’m working towards my license for being a veterinarian technician. I work with dogs, cats, and other exotic animals. I can medicate and care for most if not all animals. I am very comfortable with many exotics. I can watch animal at there homes along with occasionally able to watch at my home. I can do drop in but I do work most weekdays from 8-6 in the portage area. I like detailed lists from the client telling how to care for each animal. I love stopping by at a sooner date to meet animals and owners and get a feel for the environment before watching an animal.

About: Ive been a dog lover since I was little and have been pet sitting for family and friends ever since I’ve been able to drive, working with all sizes and breeds! Ive been required to walk, feed, play with and even give medication to some dogs I’ve worked with who have anxiety and depression. I’m currently working pool so I only have to work 3 days a month and even when working I would only be 15 minutes away so I could easily check in. I have a large fenced in yard and 4 loving dogs to keep your furbaby company while here :) and two large crates that can easily be set up if needed. We also have about 10 different trails that span across our 7 acres of land that we enjoy taking our dogs for walks on.

About: I've taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was 10 years old. I've had hairless dogs an as big as great danes. I love all dogs an treat them all like my own. I'm a stay at home mom so I've got plenty of time to take care of your pets needs. Rather its as little as just coming by for company or as big as watching them a few days. I'd love to. I'll start by asking what your routine is with your baby. Then I'll stick to the routine you've got in place. I'll also let your pet outside to use bathroom every couple hours rather its leashed or into a fenced yard
14. Brittany K.

15. Louise T.
“Louise is a wonderful woman that loves all animals; she has lots of experience with dogs and cats. Her own pets are well cared for and happy. She will pay attention to detail and treat your pet as if it were her own …. she’ll give them lots of love while they are in her care!”
16. Dawn W.
About: Most recent rescued our newest addition Nyla (grey pit) to our family from an abusive situation. She has been amazing with our other dog and both cats! September 2022 we rescued 4 new born kitten that was left outside in a box in the cold. I have taken care of animals since I was 7. I recently rescued a feral cat and helped domesticate her into the sweetest house cat that isn’t afraid of other animals or people! I have house sat, walked, bathed, and feed animals for neighbors, friends, and family which all had animals at the time! I work 12 hour shifts at my main job 3 to 5 days a week and if you are open to the times on the days I work I would be more than happy to care for your animals! I am renting so unfortunately I cannot animal sit at my house and I can house sit upon request but not staying the night because I love and would miss my house with my animals and spouse.

About: Throughout my life I have taken care of cats and dogs of all ages from newborn pups to pups on the other end of their walk of life. Friends, family, and family friends often call on me to take care of their pets while out of town. I'm working part-time at the moment while waiting for a more permanent job. I have a very flexible schedule, so plenty of time to play with your pups! I have an older, more territorial cat, and two playful kittens in my home. I also do not have a fenced in yard. However I am very good at following directions! I can follow any instructions given to best take care of your pets!

About: Held a security clearance for over 26 years. I've been boarding, house sitting, dropping in, walking, and running with dogs since before COVID hit. I also provide cat care. Open to other duties as assigned (mail collection, plant and/or pool/spa care, garbage/recycling, snow clearing, etc.). Presently nursing a back injury, so no running or lifting allowed. Typically in the office Tuesdays thru Thursdays; remote Monday & Friday, w/some flexibility and holiday bandwidth. Golf league couple evenings/week, and ski locally on weekends. Membership Director of the Battle Creek Ski Club - occasional meetings. Safe Shadowood neighborhood in Battle Creek. I have a fenced yard with good safety latches on the gates. I have a pool with a safety cover off-season (3ft safety barrier available-see photos). I heat with a solar cover, so house sitting while it’s open is not feasible unless you live nearby. Dogs are not allowed on the pool covers or in the pool. Dogs must stay on leash during a meet-n-greet at my house, as Rover does not cover those (donations appreciated). ( I do not own any pets or have children, and live alone. I can only adequately supervise 1 dog at a time around the pool. Bi-level home with carpeted stairs. It has been marked, so if that’s a potential issue, please look elsewhere.
