About: I have been around many different kinds of animals growing up. I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and other small rodents and reptiles. I’m currently working another job full time in the afternoons but I am happy and eager to accept any visits from the early morning until 12:30pm. Overnight visits are also available if I am able to have at least a weeks notice, thank you! Note: I cannot accept requests from clients that live on or near dirt roads in the winter as my car cannot make it through! As your pet sitter it’s my goal to make sure your pets as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I would love to know their routines and personalities so I can care for them as best as possible! All animals in the home need to be included in the request! Cats bunnies and smaller animals in the home during overnight stays must be included in your request.

About: As a young female I have cared for many family pets, so I’ve experienced every stage from puppies to seniors. I provide reliable, structured care whether it’s keeping dogs active with frequent neighborhood walks, taking a nap with them, or just coming to check up on your furbaby if that’s all you need! I currently work about 15 hours a week so I should have plenty of time to give your dog the care he or she needs! I don’t mind sitting during the day or night whatever would make you know your pet is safe. Whether in your home or mine, I like to maintain constant supervision and ensure all dogs will be okay. I use sturdy leashes for every walk and stay highly alert to our surroundings to avoid any high stress interactions with other animals or people for those sensitive dogs. I also like to make sure your animal eats and feel comfortable enough to make sure they get the proper nutrition.

About: I have grown up around working dogs helping my mom with care and training. I am comfortable with all dogs big and small, young and old. I have raised dogs from puppies to seniors and can administer medications, I even have experience with catheters if needed. I can assist with agility and obedience training for enrichment and set up activities to keep your pup stimulated. I have two years of experience volunteering at the Kalamazoo Nature Center in animal care so I can even provide care to snakes, salamanders, toads, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and birds. I am currently attending KCC in Battle Creek and have classes from 1pm - 2:30pm Monday - Thursday. My weekends are typically free but I will of course communicate any schedule conflicts. I follow the owners routine and requests to a t to ensure their fur babies are as comfortable as possible while their parents are away.

I have also watched friends and families dogs and also fostered a dog that my daughter took for her own. We live on 1.5 acres with access to 4 more acres for giving your pet some exercise. Our property is not fenced but we do not let our pets out by themselves. We live in a rural area and often take my dog on long walks. I would take your dog on walks as well based on what your dog is used to. Your dog will go outside several times a day. I would love to give your dog a loving, carefree environment to stay in while you are away. If you need someone to watch your dog while you are at work let me know. I am also willing to come to your house to let your dog out or walk it if you prefer. Why I love dog sitting I have liked dogs since I can remember. I grew up with dogs mostly shepherds. Since my husband and I got married 30 years ago, we have not been without a dog. Our dogs have been rescue dogs. I also fostered a dog that someone got at a shelter and was going to take back. I said I would take the dog and find a home for it. My daughter ended up taking the dog. About my yard We have 1.5 acres with access to 4 more acres. Our yard is not fenced but we do not let our dog out without one of us with her. We have grass and some trees in the yard. My experience administering medication Yes, just give me the administration directions. We had a dog that was on daily oral medication and at one time on eye drops. I am home most of the time. I work part-time seasonally during the fall. My husband is my back-up if I am going to be gone. I do not have a fenced yard and all dogs are taken outside on a leash. I do have a tie-out to use if I am outside. I do not leave dogs on the tie-out when I am not outside.

About: I have always had animals every since I was young, from cats and dogs, to fish and hamsters. As soon as I moved out I got two cats, later on I met my now husband who had two dogs, growing our family. Animals bring me joy and comfort, I have pet sitted family friends pets, neighbors chickens, and I have also worked in pet retail where I grew my knowledge in animal care. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine since I’ve always had animals of my own. I’m currently unemployed, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the attention, playtime, care, and companionship they deserve while their owners are away. When caring for pets, I believe everything starts with communication and understanding each pet’s normal routine, preferences, and personality. I make sure pets feel comfortable and cared for by keeping feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions consistent with what they’re used to at home. About: I have many years training young pets (even cats!) and accommodating for senior animals, especially larger breeds. Larger breeds of dogs are definitely my specialty aswell. I’m currently working part-time (sometimes!) and have an extremely open and flexible schedule, and having the opportunity to help people with their fur family members sounds very fulfilling I have years of dog training experience and used to train service dogs as a child, owning a very well trained and loved dog for over 10 years. During that time I’ve had experience caring for multiple cats with many accommodations due to our oldest being 16 and our youngest being a high maintenance sphinx (just over a year)

About: I have experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies, horses, fish, chickens, and ducks. I have taken a veterinary science class in high school and I plan to become a veterinarian in the future. Currently, I do not have a job, so I am able to play with your pets all day on the days I’m available. I will be heading off to college at the end of August this year, but will be back during breaks. I will care for your pets kindly, but firmly if need be. If you have a high energy pup, I will do my very best to keep up the energy to play with it. I will make sure your pet does not get into trouble.

I want to make it easy for you! I am available most times Monday through Friday! I can do the occasional drop in on weekends with a short notice in advance. Thank you.
