I've been a pet owner my entire life, and have taken care of neighbors and family/friend's animals since I was a child. About: I am a HUGE dog lover! I’ve had family dogs growing up my whole life, I’ve pet/house sat for family friends many times and love meeting all the new pups! I work in a remote/hybrid role at a marketing company, I can spend plenty of time at home with your pup. This is especially helpful for dogs that have separation anxiety. I am careful to follow any and all instructions left by the client. I do this because love my own dogs dearly and would want the same for them.
“The pets seem happy and healthy when we came back. She stayed in communication before, during, and after around planning, timing, and how they were doing. However, I had said we would be on a tight timeline and asked her to arrive on the early side of the booking window and whether or not her own personal pets would conflict with my care of mine. She arrived at the literal last minute of the booking window and then left hours early to return to her own pets knowing our destructive puppy did not have a kennel at my house at the time and my older dog has separation anxiety (hence hiring the house sitter instead of drop in visits). I think from a sitter perspective she’s great for the pets, but might not be best for pets with separation anxiety or if you have a tight schedule.”
About: I have a lifetime of experience in pet care. Bathing, walks, play dates, trips to the dog park- I do it all! (And I’m happy to do a meet and greet before booking.) I have a 5yo basset hound & 2 cats and we love to have company! My senior dog recently passed away from cancer and for the last few years of his life he received several medications daily, so I’m very comfortable administering meds on schedule for your pets. Whether I'm boarding your pet or coming by to do drop-ins, I love to take pictures and send updates. If you book with me you should have no doubt in your mind that your pets are being loved and cared for. I don't believe animals have bad intentions, most pets are nervous in a new place (especially in the first 24 hours) and I am patient and loving to them just as I would hope someone would be to my pets! My current schedule allows me open availability for house sitting, day care, and boarding! I’ll be with your pet 24/7 and can send periodic updates as often as you’d like. If I’m doing a drop in or house sitting then you can rest assured that I will treat your home with respect and provide detailed reports of each visit!

About: I’ve grown up always having dogs, cats, and fish in my home (even a snake at one point). To say I’m an animal lover would be an understatement. Along with my own pets, I’ve also taken care of neighbors’, family members’, friends’, and others’ pets, throughout the years. I have experience with a variety of pet species and age, including puppies/kittens and seniors. I’m available anytime for the rest of the summer, and anytime in the fall, as I am an online student and currently do not have a part-time job other than pet sitting. Jacob currently looks after my blind cat Finn when I am out of town. I can't think of anyone I trust more to stay in my home to make sure Finn is safe and looked after. A blind cat is a bit more work and just different to care for, but Jacob follows the long list of notes I leave for Finn and even does extra things for me while he is there. He always makes sure our home is secure and safe as well. Honestly Jacob was my first thought for Finn's care in times of my absense when I decided to adopt. I knew Finn would be great having Jacob and I don't worry at all knowing who is looking after Finn. I have never questioned Jacob being an honest and responsible young man. He just is, meet him and you will see it too. When you need a kind, respectful and responsible person to care for your pet, that is trustworthy, Jacob with his compassion for animals and great work ethic would be a great caregiver to get to know.”
