We had a few unexpected stressors come up during our trip, but worrying about our animals was absolutely not one of them—and that peace of mind meant everything. Jessica was professional, communicative, and consistently punctual throughout the entire stay. She clearly cared for our home and, most importantly, for our animals as if they were her own. One thing that really stood out was her thoughtfulness on our return day—she stayed a bit later to make sure our dogs weren’t kenneled for an extended period, which we truly appreciated.
