“Marissa is timely and attentive in helping our family and caring for our dog. She communicates promptly and is a caring person. Strongly recommend for any petsitting needs.”

“I recently relocated to Bella Vista and I've been stressing over finding a pet sitter. My former pet sitter, a friend who also has a small in home dog rescue. I never worried when Joanne was caring for my babies. I had to take 2 of my 4 dogs to Kansas City for their annual cardiology check up. I contacted several people and ultimately decided to hire Jessica. She arrived at the time's requested and both my babies were safe and happy when I arrived home. I also have 2 house cats, Odin is terrified of everyone but me but Floki my Asian tabby fell instantly in love. Lucy my Chihuahua mix can be a handful as she's very vocal and takes her time warming up to new people. Roxy is my tiny 5 pound old lady who I was absolutely freaked out about leaving because of how difficult it can be letting her outside because she's the size that a bird of prey would snatch up in a moment. If not on a leash, Roxy has to wear her coyote vest and then be followed around my fenced backyard. Received pictures and updates as promised and I really appreciated Jessica's willingness to come over before my day trip to meet my babies. I definitely will hire her again for drop in visits and eventually when I can get over my fear of a bird snatching my tiny Roxy. She was my foster dog when I decided to relocate to Bella Vista and not really adoptable due to her bad kidneys, so dog number 4. I didn't even think about her safety being so small. I thought my biggest concern was coyotes and mountain lions, birds weren't even on my radar. I am thrilled that I found Jessica.”

“Jessie was amazing. She was available to meet our pets in adavance to make sure they got along; they did. She dropped in to feed them twice a day and give an oral pill. She provided pictures with each visit.”

About: Lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from energetic large breeds to tiny companions. As a current pet parent to a Siberian Husky and caregiver for a very small Siamese cat, there is daily practice managing different needs, temperaments, and energy levels under one roof. This background supports providing calm, confident care tailored to each pet’s size and personality. Pet care already is a part of my daily routine, so being able to extend that to other animals/families in the community is rewarding. I currently am in-between full time roles as I was a part of corporate layoffs in the past quarter, so my time is quite flexible. Consistency and intentionality are what I’ve always leaned on when working with animals, whether they be my own or others. Your home should be left better than when I arrived.

“Greer was great, my dogs loved her and were so excited when she visited. She looked after them all day whilst we were out of town, paying multiple visits and taking them to the nearby park. I would definitely book Greer again.”

“Lauren was wonderful! She sent very helpful updates at every visit about how my babies were doing. I could tell from the photos they enjoyed being around her. So nice to know your pets are being cared for when you can’t be there with them.”

“Thanks, Andru, for watching Riley again and taking such good care of him. Appreciate the care and concern you provide for him and the peace of mind that affords us when we travel. Highly recommended Andru!”

“Nicolle was a fantastic pet sitter for our two cats. We have a young, feistier kitty and an older, more reserved kitty, and she was so sweet with both of them. She communicated well each day about how they were doing, what kind of mood they were in, and if they were eating or playing. She also answered any questions that I had right away. She followed all directions and I felt very secure with my pets in her hands. She is a really sweet and wonderful person, and I would happily book her again to take care of our babies. I loved the daily pictures and the fact that I could count on her to be there on time every day to spend some time with them. Nicole is: sweet and playful with the pets, calm and affectionate with the older one, punctual about arriving on time, pays attention to the details of my instructions, communicative throughout, professional, and trustworthy.”

“Anna is always 10/10! Such a kind soul and willing to do whatever is needed. She always puts my fur babies first. I will ask her back as many times as she is willing!!”

“Elsy helped us out on short notice and took great care of our pets and home also. She communicated with us as needed and I will certainly reach out to her again when needed!”

“Nada was fabulous and very conscientious. You can tell loves animals deeply. Very responsible and would definitely use her again many times in the future. She set up a chill house for our pet, watered our plants and we enjoyed all the photos. Thanks again.”

“Amanda is super sweet and I can tell she really loves our kitties! She sent updates and pictures with each visit which is definitely a must for me and most pet owners. I am so glad to have found Amanda for our cats!”

About: I have hands on experience with puppies—helping with potty training, crate training, and basic commands and I’m also very comfortable with senior pets who may need a little extra patience, medication, or mobility support. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just snuggles on the couch, I make sure they get the attention and love they’re used to at home. My goal is always to make both you and your pet feel at ease, knowing they’re in caring and capable hands. I am currently working full-time, but I am able to provide quick potty breaks and feedings in the mornings. After work I am available for longer walks, cuddles, and play time. I am very trustworthy and I approach animals with a calming vibe. I understand your pets can be anxious and protective over your home, but I ensure that they trust me before anything.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Bentonville
I felt so safe and secure on my trip knowing Marissa was back home taking care of my 2 cats. They absolutely loved her! Marissa is a good communicator, patient, responsible, trustworthy, does everything you need, and sends great Rover cards. I can’t wait to book with her again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lilly did a great job checking in on our cats! She was very professional, communicative, and sent us great updates on the cats. We had an issue with our door lock sticking and Lilly helped us coordinate with our apartment maintenance to make sure everything was taken care of. She’s super responsible and we would book again!

Jessie is a super sitter for my kitties. This time we had multiple changes and she rolled through them no problem and provided extra care to our “bullied” kitten. She is a wonderful caregiver and I will continue using her services as long as she is available!

Audrey was great with my three cats. Two older (6 years) and a recent rescue kitten (3 months) who is on a different feeding schedule than the older cats. Upon my return home, my roommates were content with no post-travel negative behavior. I believe this is due to their routines being maintained in my absence. Being assured by check in notes and photos from Audrey was a huge weight lifted for me since I was gone for 11 days. Highly recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
