She gave us videos and pictures and updates often, which was greatly appreciated as this was our first time being away from our Charlie. Charlie warmed up to Rachel in minutes, and I could tell I had nothing to worry about. Our home was as clean, if not cleaner, than when we left! She gave Camille so much attention and even noticed that her claws were growing long, near to her foot pads, so she messaged me and then went ahead and clipped them. She also had to give my cat daily medication and special food because of her condition. She kept me in the loop about her health. It’s hard to leave your beloved pet, but with Barbara, I always knew that she was getting the same kind of doting, attention, and care as I would give. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my pet with her in the future.”
