“This was Lucki’s 2nd visit with Timi. He has so much fun and comes home exhausted. Timi loves these pups and it’s so comforting knowing when I’m away he is cared for and loved. Thank you Timi for all you do !”

“Richard was very thorough and thoughtful with his communication when we first did a meet and greet. It was easy to drop off and pick up Effy. He also gave a hand written report card with nice scoring and notes.”

“Sarah watches or boards our dog all the time, we love her! She sends pics often which I appreciate, and I know she’s in good hands when she’s in her care! Phoenix is a lap dog and I get lots of pics of her wrapped up in a blanket in hers or her husbands laps!”

“Valerie was so amazing. She sent me photos throughout the entire time which I really appreciate. I certainly will be using her again. Thank you so much Valerie!”

“Kristen and Kenneth were phenomenal! We could not have asked for a better sitter for our dog Ace. They were so welcoming, made sure everyone was a good fit, let us see where the dogs would be and helped us and our boy get acclimated to the environment! They sent updates throughout his stay and sent lots of pictures! I never once worried about Ace (and we often do as he is a very anxious dog)! Not only this, but they helped us pull off an engagement and made accommodations so that the proposal could go perfectly without us having to worry about Ace (: we will 10000% be using them again!”

“Leah was so kind and welcoming. She took great care of our dog and was extremely flexible when we needed to change our end time at the last minute. We’d go back to her again in a heartbeat!”

About: I've been an animal lover ever since I was a kid. I grew up with cocker spaniels, a few cats and boxers! My family did boxer rescue for years while I was still living at home so I have experience with alot of different temperaments + sizes of dogs. I also have my own boxers, Red and Max. They are older boys but get along well with other dogs. I am a realtor and work from home the majority of the time. If I'm not working from home, I'm coming and going so I have the flexibility to either care for dog(s) in my own home or to provide drop-in visits in your home. I am located in Fountain Square. I would care for your pet as I would my own whether in your home or mine. I would prefer to board dogs who are crate trained.

“Emily was our first Rover experience! We were so pleased with her level of communication. She took great care of our pups and entertained them while we went to a basketball game. They were both happy and calm when we returned. We’d use Emily again without hesitation. Thanks for helping our stay in Indianapolis go so smoothly! Now, only if the Fever had won!!”

“Libby is awesome! Our pup loves coming over to her house. He is normally apprehensive of people at first but he has warmed up to her so well, wags his tail and wiggles right out of the car when we get to her house. Highly recommend!”

“My experience was great. It was very easy and smooth each day that I brought my puppy over. She seemed happy when she got home and had clearly spent some energy throughout the day! Would recommend. Thanks again!”

About: Hi there! My name is Stacy and any dog I’ve met I have loved like my own! Growing up, I had several rescue dogs. I'm the first call for anyone I know who needs a dog sitter or walker. From pet sitting, long or short walks, boarding and of course taking care of our own pets, I’ve got experience with it all! I’ve also administered medication to dogs of all ages and sizes. Our pups were rescued as well, with little training, so teaching them tricks was always a fun time! Any specific requests for them? Let me know! I allow them on my bed and couch, unless you prefer them not to. I always keep the water bowl full and pets happy and healthy. Allow me to meet yall and lets play fetch! A move in ready kennel is available if needed. I'm located conveniently near the airport, 465, and 70 for easy drop off and pick-up! I work from home full time. I'm a total home body so staying home with dogs is a dream for me. I have a fully fenced backyard. I also have a 4 years old dog and son ready to play at all times! Dogs are family members so they are allowed on furniture and beds. I have a fully fenced yard and love to take walks daily. I am very happy to drop by for walks , potty breaks, and pets. My son excels at giving pets and love!

“Minji was amazing! Our dog Oslo stayed with her and her husband for four hours and during the entire stay she sent us loads of pictures and videos to keep us informed. They took him for a long walk, let him play in their yard. She was prompt with responses and extremely professional throughout. I was super happy Oslo got to stay with them and would leave Oslo with her again in a heartbeat.”

“I was so pleased with Mark's care of my dog! I needed a sitter for my dog on very short notice and Mark responded within a few minutes. My dog is also a senior with a few special needs, and Mark was able to care for her with ease, giving me peace of mind. Throughout her time with Mark, I received periodic photos & videos, so I knew my pet was in great hands!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds since I was 14 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me for years to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I’m home every day, so your dog will get lots of attention, playtime, and companionship. I also have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and pets with special routines or medication needs. I understand that every dog has their own personality and preferences, and I’m committed to making them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I work remotely and am home every day, including weekends, so your dog will have plenty of company. We live in a very dog-friendly, walkable neighborhood perfect for daily exercise. In the mornings, we go on walks, and around noon we have training sessions. In the evenings, our kids love to join in by helping with training and playing with the dogs. Our family is experienced with pets of all sizes, and your dog will feel right at home with us. In my home, pets get lots of supervised attention and exercise throughout the day. Although I don’t have a fenced yard yet, I use a secure long lead for potty breaks and safe outdoor time. We also take regular walks around my dog-friendly neighborhood for bathroom breaks, exercise, and fresh air. Inside, pets have comfortable spaces to relax, play, and feel at home. I always follow any special instructions you provide to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress-free.

About: I have owned pets my entire life. My kitty Reece passed away earlier this year and she was almost 20 years old! I miss her so much! We currently have a rambunctious lab mix named Pepper. She is the center of our world ☺️ I currently work from home with a somewhat flexible schedule. This will allow me to check on your pets with little advance notice if needed. I am very comfortable around animals. I walk our dog regularly and play in the backyard with her all the time. I took care of my cat for almost 20 years so I know all there is to know about cat behavior and attitude!

About: Experienced in housesitting and dog sitting. As a dog owner myself I understand the need for love, attention, and boundaries. I treat all animals as I would my own and all homes with the respect I'd have of anyone I welcome into mine. Work full time from home. I have owned dogs in some capacity my whole life. I currently have 2 dogs and both are lovable and well socialized with other dogs. Attention to detail in my opinion is key to house / dog sitting. Be mindful and treat animals and spaces with respect and love. Work from home full time during the week so dogs are not left alone unless a quick run out for errands, able to provide alot of attention and breaks. Dogs will be cared for and allowed to roam the house with frequent potty breaks. They'll be feed and given attention to based on any and all owner guidelines

About: YOUR dog(s)/cat(s) will be treated just like my own furbabies!! ❤️ I've been petsitting through Rover for 6 years now - so I have a lot of experience.I also currently volunteer and foster for a local rescue. I love dogs with everything in my heart. I love cats also. I've taken care of family pets all of our lives. I had a dog that became partially disabled and needed medication daily. So we're experienced with giving medication and taking care of a dog with special needs. We have rescues, one of which had emotional trauma, and the other simply needed to be mended back to health physically. Those 2 rescue dogs have since found other amazing homes. We've learned a lot through all of the experiences with our own personal furbabies and even more so after dogsitting for years now. I've helped family and friends by babysitting and fostering short term for dogs/puppies as well. I simply love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes and love what I do! 💟 This is my only job. So I have plenty of free time and would love to spend as much time as needed with each pet I take care of. This is something I love doing. I love dogs and cats and love to be around them and make each one as happy as possible! I'm happy and willing to have your dog at my home to do playtime, love on them, and obviously feed, medicate, and take care of any needs they may have.

Stacy C.Star Sitter
“To Whom it May Concern, I have been involved as a foster parent for dog rescue for over 25 years. My husband and I are heavily involved in rescuing and rehabilitating dogs and giving them a new lease on life. Stacy and I had been coworkers for only six months but friends for over 20 years. As my husband and I have been transferred to several different states throughout these past two-plus decades, Stacy and I have always remained friends. I've always admired her integrity, honesty and decency as a person, a co-worker, a mother and as a pet owner. Stacy and I have reached across the years (as we live in different states now) to discuss pet issues, the right pet kennel, the right food, training, and her love for and devotion to her pets mirrors those of me and my husband as care givers to all pets. Like my husband and me, Stacy understands animals. She understands their quirks, their fears and their sensitivities. Kennel boarding is ok but Stacy understands the importance of pets having a human around that they connect with. This is why I believe Stacy will be an excellent and responsible and compassionate pet sitter. They just won't be some pet she has to look after, they will become hers for the time she is caring for them. She will love them, care for them, watch out for them and make them her priority. I have Special Needs pets. They were all three of them, foster fails as they were classified as "unadoptable". They had health issues. They had needy issues such as my 6lb terrier is frail and needs to be held and cuddled quite a lot. Josh is cool be he's a 95lb Great Pyrenees and, until last April, had such a bad infestation of heartworm, that the vet only gave him a 30% chance of survival. We adopted him, put him the slow-kill method, and last April he tested negative for heartworm. Eli is our lab who was rescued from a dog fighting ring in Houston where he was used as a bait dog. He has a number of PTSD issues and we continue to work with him on those issues. He also had heartworm and, like Josh, tested negative last April. Eli understands that he is safe now, he eats well, wags his tail..etc but he still has issues with loud noises, fire alarms, smoke detectors, thunderstorms and fireworks. I would trust Stacy implicitly with all three of my dogs. Each time. Every time. I know that Eli would sense in her a kind spirit whom he could trust and Eli trusts very few people outside of my husband and myself. In fact, I wish we lived in the same state because I would literally pay anything she asked to come and sit my pets knowing her intrinsic, innate and deep seated love and respect for animals. I have seen her care for her own pets, grieve when they crossed the Rainbow Bridge and always treated them as a member of her family. I'm privileged and proud to recommend Stacy as a pet sitter. I just wish we lived in the same state.”
