“So happy we found Stephanie C. - it made our trip stress free!! She took such good care of our babies and sent several pictures everyday to put our mind at ease (and to the delight of my baby niece and nephew!!) Everything was taken care of perfectly and she treated them with love, you can just tell. A true professional. We definitely use again soon, now that we don’t have to worry.”

“I contacted Lisa for a second time to care for our old cat while we were traveling, my husband and I are very please with Lisa and Dakota. She did the drop-off visits because the cat wouldn’t leave the home since she is too old, Lisa is very caring and profesional. I will contact Lisa again to take care of my pets, I also recommend her for your pet’s care.”

“She was very nice, it was a meet and greet, but she met my cats, was very patient and listened to everything we told her. Very soft voice so my cats were not scared. We will contact her for future visits.”

“Mariana is a great sitter. This is our first time using her and our dog warmed up to her by giving her Minnie 🤗 hugs. She was punctual and her communication with us was on point. I will definitely book with her again.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. Friends and family have come to me to help take care of their animals. I love all breeds and sizes! I am available every day to care for others pets! I can drop in, walk, and bathe all sizes of dogs and am willing to move my schedule around to help out! I have experience with all sizes and breeds of dogs and have been around and taking care of animals for the majority of my life. I also have experience with cats, turtles, geckos, bearded dragons, and hamsters. My dog Max has some health issues so I’m experienced in administering medication.
“Kim has been helping me with my dogs for a few years now and am grateful for it! She is a great communicator and gets along great with my pitty and lab mix. They’re always so happy to see her. I really appreciate the photo updates and how reliable she is — it makes leaving my pups so much easier. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who genuinely cares!”

About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet caregiver working from home as a freelance graphic designer. My flexible schedule allows me to give your pets all the attention, care, and companionship they need throughout the day. I have years of hands-on experience with pets of all sizes and temperaments—including high-energy pups, cuddle bugs, and those who need a little extra TLC. I previously studied veterinary technology, so I’m comfortable with a variety of needs and love connecting with animals on a deeper level. My husband (also an animal lover who works from home) and I live in a cozy, pet-friendly townhome with a large green space right out back—perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air. I also enjoy taking my clients’ dogs to Peace Mound Park or the Hollywood Dog Beach for a change of scenery and some extra enrichment. I also love caring for cats and have years of experience with them, both personally and professionally. I had a cat of my own for many years—she was truly my best friend—so I understand just how special the bond between cats and their people can be. I’m patient, gentle, and always respectful of their unique personality. I’m experienced with feeding routines, litter box care, medication (if needed), and giving cats the space or affection they prefer. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or a cozy nap, your pet will be treated like part of the family from the moment they arrive. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a meet-and-greet. I’d love to meet you and your fur babies! 🐾 I work from home as a freelance graphic designer, which gives me a flexible schedule and the ability to be fully present with the pets I care for. Whether it’s taking regular walks, playtime, or cuddle sessions, I easily incorporate pet care into my daily routine. Caring for animals brings me joy while working from home and i love the companionship they provide. I mostly care for pets in my own home, which is safe, pet-friendly, and peaceful. I create a calm environment, follow their routines closely, and always prioritize their comfort, health, and happiness. I give updates to owners regularly for peace of mind and carefully follow any special instructions to ensure a great experience for both pet and parent.

I am currently playing college softball at FAU. I practice in the mornings and have availability in the afternoons, giving me plenty of time to care for, walk, and spend quality time with your dog. I focus on keeping pets comfortable and loved, making sure they get the attention and care they need every day. I follow their normal routine and I want to create a calm, safe environment while you’re gone.
About: Ive had animals my whole life. I grew up with two dogs that I cherish with my whole heart. I am now a proud owner of three dogs and a gecko. I currently am fully available on the weekdays and weekends, as I am taking a gap year before i move to spain. So this job fits perfectly into my schedule. I Tend to keep my dogs active. They go on long walks and i let them explore and enjoy nature. My dogs do have different personalities though; for example, one of them i have to keep a closer eye on since she gets too excited when she sees another dog, my other dogs makes walks easy. I also feed them twice a day and give baths when needed.
About: I have had pets all my life. I have worked for clients when they needed pets walked and even stayed overnight, multiple nights. I follow instructions of every owner to the letter and even send photos of your pet(s) while away. I work a full-time job during the days Monday-Friday. Your animals will be cared for in the mornings and at night. I am also available for drop-ins for walks and feedings on the weekends, and for overnight stays. I love animals and will take care of yours as if they are mine. I will care for your animals exactly how you do. I have 3 dogs, dachshunds. My dogs are seniors and house trained. I prefer to stay in the pet home when needed because I believe the pet(s) will be less stressed while the owner(s) is absent.
About: I’ve taken care of friends/family’s animals for about 5 years. I’ve done animals sitting as a side hussel and now I wanna meet more lovely babies. I also have my Certified Veterinary Asistant certification (CVA) This is something I’m giving all my time and energy to. Every hour of every day I’m more than wanting to love and care for your fur babies. I am very aware and prepared for long walks or long playing time with fur babies. It’s a hobby of mine to go on walks and to love animals! Makes it relaxing and fun for both of us!
About: I absolutely adore animals. I love being able to love on them and they are a blessing in my life. They just bring absolute joy and excitement into my life. With medications I can give vitamins & pills if needed but have never handled needles. I am willing to learn if needed!! I have pet sat from around a year old all the way to 10+ years with joint issues. I am very easy and work better with clear instructions. The more the better. I want to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible as well sticking to the same routine while you’re away so they aren’t thrown off too much. I currently am walking my neighbors dog almost every day in the mid morning but besides that I am free 7 days a week at whatever times! When I am in a clients home I like to go by a routine that’s written out by the client. I like clear and set instructions (food, potty, joint issues, water preference, etc) that way I can follow their normal routine and make them as comfortable as possible while the owner is away.
“Susan was great! We had some issues with our automatic litter box and food bowl and she was able to come and fix everything while we were away. Very capable and caring sitter!”

About: I've helped and trained animals for years for the Humane Society, Broward County Animal Care, and other rescue groups. I live on a farm with a lot space. I have experience working with large breeds like mastiffs, great danes, and rottweilers, and small breeds too. I also administer medical treatment - shots, bandaging, pills, insulin, temperature checks and respond to emergencies like bloat. I work full time at home on my computer and I pay attention and exercise the dogs throughout the day. I will play their favorite games and try to get their energy out. I remain open to communication and pet intakes all day even when working. I can respond to text based communication mostly immediately. I do have occasional meetings and in that case I would respond to a call with a text message or email instead. I live on a farm with lots of fenced in space for dogs to run around and explore. If you look at the first picture, the property extends well past the first fence. There is a long trail back there. Dogs will be walked the number of times you ask for but no less than three times a day, fed twice a day, given continuous water unless they're on a water schedule. For boarding in my home: your dogs will get their own room with their beds, toys, bowls, and everything that makes them comfortable. They will get attention throughout the day and go out to exercise. I watch from one Rover family at a time. I keep your dogs completely separated from my own dogs. The horses stay across the fence and the dogs enjoy meeting them. Keeping your dogs separate is the safest approach to dog boarding and works well for almost every dog. For dogs with severe separation anxiety, please ask about my in-home dog sitting service. If your dog is well socialized you might consider other dog sitters who put unknown dogs together. It's risky but it can help with separation anxiety. For services in your home: I will look after your pets and your home. I can bring in mail, water plants, adjust the thermostat, etc.

Whether your dog needs a long walk, playtime, or just a dependable companion while you’re away, I’ll treat them like my own. I’m based in the Plantation area and currently offering dog walking and drop-in visits with flexible availability! My schedule is flexible as I am currently between jobs. “Jayla was very kind and professional. She sat for my dog and did drop in visits. Jayla updated me for each visit and even sent pictures! My doggy looked very happy to be taken care of by her and I will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you Jayla for all you’ve done for my doggy!”

Southwest Ranches pet parents share their Rover experiences
Lisa and Dakota have taken care of our big babies (German shepherd and black lab mix) multiple times. They are super accommodating with doing visits at late hours and they always send pictures and a note for each visit. Our dogs love them and we highly recommend.

Isabella was a wonderful sitter! She was willing m to chat with me via video call to talk about Mila’s care and was very responsible and communicative. She arrived on time to each drop in and sent me photos. Even though my cat is a not very social, she seemed to like Isabella. I highly recommend and would definitely call her again for our next trip.
