“Impossible to get a better person to look after your pet. Except for yourself 😊. Chris stayed with our yellow lab Toby at our house for 8 nights and was his best friend during that time. He paid so much attention to him, exercised him, treated him like his own pup. I was so worried to leave him (a bit of a helicopter mama here lol) for so long but I was quickly very reassured and saw that Toby had likely better time with Chris than us. We received so many pictures and videos every day. And he was smiling in all of them. Very few sitters on Rover will agree not to leave your pet alone for more than 4 hours. About: I have been caring for animals for as long as I can remember! I grew up with dogs and understand that they truly become part of the family. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, and I am always willing to adapt and learn the best ways to care for each pet’s unique needs. Whether I’m stopping by for a visit, taking your dog for a walk, or spending quality playtime with them, I will give them plenty of attention, affection, and care. If you’re comfortable with it, I’d also love to take your dog on hikes or trips to the dog park so they can get exercise, socialize, and have fun. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to accommodate drop-in visits and midday walks throughout the day. Since I don’t currently have pets of my own, I have the flexibility to dedicate my time and attention to caring for yours. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I carefully follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, administer medications if needed and instructed, and make sure pets receive plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection.

About: I have raised dogs from puppies into old age, and also taken care of other people's pets - overnight and for the day. I have a deep love for animals, and enjoy showing them warmth and a playful spirit. I work full-time, remotely - and my schedule can be very flexible. I am always able to make time for outdoor adventures, and can align easily with other routines. I do not currently have any pets in my home. Indoors, I have a large open area, as well as a large yard with grass - and I am near many parks and trails for outdoor time.

About: I grew up learning how to train and manage dogs in the home, I’ve cared for animals my whole life and trained multiple dogs. I currently care for many pets in my own home including reptiles, invertebrates, fish, and a dog. I also love caring for plants. I am a very respectful and non judgement person. I wake up usually around 10 am but am comfortable waking up earlier if needed. I have my own dog and usually walk her when I wake up, again mid day, and once again before I leave for my optional night job. I also have tank lights and water dishes I check morning and night. I could do stop in care during Friday-Sunday and more full time care Monday-Thursday. If your pet loves to play I am more than happy to keep them entertained, I also have a medium dog compression sweater that I can supply if you have a dog that has anxiety. I understand most pet body language and can know when your pet needs comfort, play, potty, or space.
