“Michael was great. I appreciated his flexibility and responsiveness. First time Rover user here and I would definitely trust him with my 3 pups in the future.”

“We got daily updates on Millie for the almost 2 weeks we were out of town for our wedding. Millie was excited to see Dustin when he arrived, which of course makes us happy and comfortable to see. Thank you for taking such good care of her!!”

“Danika was available on a moments notice when we had to rush back east for a family emergency. The dogs loved her and she took great care of them. They were so happy while we were gone and she kept in constant contact with pictures.”

“Erin is awesome and my three dogs love her! She works with dogs regularly, so I knew she would be able to handle the chaos. 😂 This was the first time she watched them, and since it went well, I hope to hire Erin again!”

“Kalle was great!!! She was very thorough in her questions to make sure she understood my instruction s since this was her first time. She went above an beyond what was expected. My Cali was looking for her the day after I returned home.”

“Sofia has gone above and beyond caring for our 4 dogs while we were out of town. Her sweetness and attention to detail with our dogs, made us feel not worried. Usually our dog Feebs barks at sitters, and she didn’t with Sofia. We would definitely love to bring her to sit for us again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!!!!”

“We couldn't be happier with our first experience using Randy as our pet sitter. We arranged a meet and greet before our trip — and our two Boxers (who have no shortage of energy) took to him immediately. He was at ease with them which gave us confidence that he wouldn't have any issues. Randy stayed at our home for 6 days and kept us in the loop with frequent updates throughout. Knowing our pups were in good hands made it much easier to enjoy our trip. When we came home, the house was exactly as we left it and doggies were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. If you have high-energy dogs and need someone who can keep up, Randy can do it. We've already scheduled another stay for our next vacation.”

“Kinan goes above and beyond as both a sitter and dog walker. He takes exceptional care of my German Shepherd, Zara, and it’s clear how much he genuinely loves animals. As a house sitter, he’s the best I’ve ever had—he left my home spotless, was so respectful of our space, and spent so much quality time with my girl while I was away. I can’t recommend him enough—10/10!”

“Cynder is AMAZING!!!! My dog doesn’t kennel well so on my weekend vacay I have Rover a try…game changer! I could tell by the photos she sent that Gypsy was happy, comfortable, and totally unstressed. I will 100% use Cynder again and 200% recommend her for caring for your furbaby!!!”

“Sherina was WONDERFUL. She left our home like it had been untouched and our pets were clearly happy. She communicated when concerned about my senior dog needing some medicine and made me feel very at ease. I would use her over and over for any time we go out of town!”
“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Catherine! She stayed at our home and cared for our dog Kai, and from the moment we left, we felt completely at ease. Catherine is the kind of pet sitter every dog parent dreams of finding — attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about the animals in her care. Kai absolutely adored her. We received regular updates, photos, and check-ins throughout our time away, which gave us such peace of mind. It was clear that Catherine didn't just "watch" Kai — she loved on him, kept his routine consistent, and made sure he felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Our home was also left in perfect condition, which speaks volumes about the kind of person Catherine is. Trustworthy, responsible, and truly caring — she's a rare find. We will absolutely be booking her again and recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a sitter who treats your pet like family. Thank you, Catherine — Kai misses you already! 🐾”

I’m very attentive and patient, and I treat every pet like my own to make sure they feel secure and happy while you’re away.

“Tracy made leaving our adolescent puppy for the first time we were away much easier! Our dog is 8 months old and can act like a real rambunctious teenager, and Tracy had no issues dealing with her antics - and went above and beyond to fulfill her activity needs! We would recommend Tracy to anyone who needs a sitter!”

“During Vivica’s three day stay at my house with my two dogs and two chickens she provided photos along with daily updates. I came home to happy dogs and a clean house. Thanks Vivica!”

About: My family and I have owned pets since I can remember. I am currently 33 with 3 pets of my own, but have grown up with pets in the home my whole childhood. My family always had dogs and cats in our home, and additionally I owned a bearded dragon, fish, and a tortoise that I helped care for daily. Once I moved to college in 2014, I got my first pet of my own. Her name is Stella and she has been with me for the last 12 years. She has lived with me in Oregon, Texas, and now Reno. Additionally, my wife and I have a silly orange cat named Nemo, and a fun/energetic Frenchie named Comet. While living in Texas we adopted another cat with FeLV who also developed diabetes. I have experience giving insulin injections and taking blood glucose readings. I have met and cared for many of my friend’s pets of all ages and sizes and can responsibly provide all daily care for your furry babies as needed. This includes but is not limited to feeding, walking, playing, transporting, giving oral meds, and subcutaneous injections. I currently work as a teacher and have extended breaks during the fall, winter, and summer. During the school year I will have availability during afternoons and evenings for some care activities, and weekends for more. During breaks, if not traveling, and I will have a lot more flexibility daily. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my 2 dogs and an indoor cat. The pets have access to the entire unit including furniture during the day and when sleeping. Our spare bedroom can be used for your pet if they are more anxious and want separation from the other animals. My dogs are crated when no one is home to supervise, and the cat has full access to the unit at all times. My pets are all friendly towards other dogs and cats. In the past when sitting for animals, I have them fall into the same routines as my animals for walking, feeding, pottying, and crating, unless specified different by the owner. When doing drop ins and house sitting, I follow all instructions left by the owner.
“Cat M. did an excellent job with my dog, Maggie. Cat walked Maggie twice a day and she even bathed her after Maggie had rolled in the dirt. My house was in the same condition as when I left it, which was greatly appreciated. Cat even spent her own time with me after I returned to teach me some tricks to use when taking Maggie for a walk, as Maggie is a puller and she is reactive to other dogs. Cat has been the best pet sitter through Rover that I’ve had in the past and I will definitely book with her again.”

“Five stars and more for Bob! We were very fortunate to have Bob house-sit for us over a long weekend, and recommend him highly to everyone. Our particular and slightly eccentric little cattle dog absolutely adored him! He went above and beyond spending time with her and making sure she was a happy pup. She almost never fully warms up to sitters, but Bob became best friends with her immediately. High praise! He frequently updated us with how everything was going and sent great photos. We didn't worry once! We returned home to a very happy dog and a sparkling clean home. Thank you very much!”

“Tracie was a wonderful sitter!! She was attentive and loving to my dogs. One of the dogs needs medication and that did not trouble Tracie at all. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would happily rebook any time!”

Sophia was absolutely amazing with my two mini-schnauzers. She really loves dogs and it shows. She gave my two best friends so much love they hardly missed me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a caring loving pet sitter and will not hesitate to use her again.

Danika was very professional and kind to our pup. She sent lots of update photos and walked her as much as we asked her to. She kept us informed about how things were going and when we returned our pup was as happy as ever so I trust she was taken care of. She also kept our home clean and took out the trash for us.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Catherine! She stayed at our home and cared for our dog Kai, and from the moment we left, we felt completely at ease. Nicole did a great job watching Ollie while we were gone for the day. She took him on a few walks, kept him happy and well cared for, and gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. We really appreciated her help and would absolutely book with her again.

Sophia is a terrific overnight pet sitter. I was gone 10 days. I came back with my pets happy and calm. It was such a relief because my dog is not used to being alone for very long. I recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter and will be gone overnight or an extended period of time. She even stayed late on the night I came home because my flight was delayed.
We love Cyndi and her family! They’ve stayed at our house a few times with our pups, and all went well. I completely trust them and feel at ease on my trips. They also have been walking our dogs for about a year. Our two pups are high maintenance, but they always seem relaxed walking them. So glad we found them. I highly recommend her and her family to love on your pets while away.

She is seriously the best. She keeps me updated the whole time and sends the sweetest photos during her visits, which makes such a difference. This is our second time booking with her, and I feel so much more at ease knowing my fur baby is in such good hands. You can tell she genuinely cares. I will absolutely be booking with her again.

Jennifer stepped up in a family emergency when I was already out of town to take over when I realized I had to stay away longer than expected. She covered care while already dealing with a full schedule. my mom was in hospice and passing and Jennifer gave me peace that all was ok allowing me to concentrate on my mom.
Mariana did an excellent job taking care of our dogs. One of our dogs is a little shy with new people, she worked hard to make him comfortable and he warmed up to her really fast. She was responsive and communicative and provided regular updates. I’d definitely rebook with her.
