“Alexander was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous at first. I have a Great Dane and she is my animal child so, like any pet parent, you want the best for them. My dog was very hesitant at first because she was on guard and protecting her home. I left treats at the door just in case. Alexander was so patient with her and feed her treats to gain her trust. As the days went on, the "check-in" photos made my heart smile. I could see London letting her guard down her guard and that was all because of how sweet he was. I will certaintly use him again!”

About: I adore all types of dogs, big or small. Years of experience have taught me that the most important thing is respecting their space and boundaries while making sure they have everything they need. I also believe that it is incredibly important they have an outlet for their energy, so I am willing to play with them for as long as it takes - sometimes fetch has gone on for over an hour. Again, safety is of the utmost importance and I have experience taking care of all sorts of dogs with different temperaments, including some escape artists, who were all safe and sound when their families returned. I'm currently working part-time so I have some incredible flexibility when it comes to taking care of your pups! I'm willing and able to wake up early or stay up late as needed and I can spend plenty of time making sure your pets get all the love and affection they deserve. Your pet's safety is my top priority and while I have experience caring for a variety of animals, including some with serious medical conditions, I believe that their families have the best understanding of what they need. As such, I am happy to work with you to determine the best means of caring for your pet, whether that includes particular leash attachments, the use of indoor gates, external gates. I also have a fenced in backyard for any pets that might end up staying the night.

About: I've had six amazing dogs throughout my life, and my passion for animals runs deep. Most of my experience is with senior dogs—my family always adopted the oldest pups from the shelter, so I’m very familiar with their special needs, medications, and gentle routines. These days, I have a happy, energetic two-year-old dog of my own, so I’m also used to the playful energy and structure younger dogs need. Whether your pup is a playful youngster or a sweet senior, I'm here to give them the love, attention, and care they deserve! I am a teacher so I am off for the summer until mid-August. Therefore, throughout the summer I have a very flexible schedule to take care of your pets! My boyfriend and I just moved into a different apartment, which has been an adjustment for our dog. Therefore, I cannot accept dogs in my home at this time. However, once he is comfortable, I would love to host pets in my own home!
