“I’m giving Markie five stars because Rufus‘s instructions were followed just fine. The only problem I had is that on Saturday we asked for his visit to be from 5 to 530 and she showed up at 5:30. Then on Sunday we asked for 9 to 930 and she showed up at 20 after nine. I don’t like the thought of my cat wondering where his food is. He has all the kibble he needs so it wasn’t as if he were starving, but being on time is very important to me and it was when I was a sitter. I really do appreciate Markie’s care of our cat. It was just a little delayed. Again, though, five stars and a tip.”

“Jacqueline was amazing! She was very responsive from the first moment we reached out to her about booking, and we even had a meet and greet so our pup could get familiar with her in advance. Our pup has a lot of energy, and she always got creative with ways to give him mental stimulation and exercise — even if it was storming and he couldn’t go outside. She even offered to stay a little longer during visits to keep him company and make sure he was okay when he started having some tummy issues. I appreciate all the updates and photos she sent after each visit, and he always looked happy in every photo. I would highly recommend Jacqueline and would definitely book her again!”

Two small dogs with two very different personalities is not always an easy ask, and she handled it effortlessly. We got regular photo updates that made the whole family smile, especially our girls, who checked for new pictures every morning. Everything was clean and in order when we got home, and both dogs were relaxed and clearly well cared for — no anxious behavior, no adjustment period, just happy pups. Communication was easy from the start, scheduling was flexible, and she followed our feeding and walk routine exactly as we left it. We'll absolutely be booking again for our next trip and recommend her to anyone in the area without hesitation.”

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

About: I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs! I have experience feeding, playing, bathing, walking, and even training young dogs with simple things. I was able to gain experience taking care of dogs because I have a dog of my own who is now a senior. I’m also a dog walker at my local animal shelter which allows me to interact with dogs of all ages and different behaviors. Aside from dogs, I also have experience feeding and playing with cats. I have two cats who are friendly, love cuddles, neck scratches, and are amazing with my dog! I’m a college student who commutes to school. I have more flexibility during breaks but throughout the school year weekends are what would work best. I have experience with both cats and dogs. This has allowed me to work with animals that have different behaviors. I believe that animals require patience and love just like any other being. If needed, your pet will be in good hands in my home since my cats and dog get along very well.
