About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. About: I have been watching animals as my full-time profession for over 12 years. I am very loving, nurturing, patient, trustworthy, organized and dependable, which helps me succeed in my speciality of watching the animals out of their homes. However, I do have a very friendly shih-tzu in my home that allows me to watch dogs in my home as well. Half of my yard is fenced in, and the other 1/2 has two leads in case there are dogs that may need separated. I also will walk them daily for exercise. At the meet and greets, I go over a plan where we set the number of hours I can be gone for my walks and visits, and I work within the time frame requested. However, if your pets need let out, fed, etc any where under six hours, I will need to adjust my pricing. I have to honor my regular customers as well. I have worked with all sizes of dog, administer medications, insulin injections, seizure experience, and am known to be very strong, and able to handle the larger breeds. I also have worked with dogs with severe anxiety issues, abused dogs, puppies and blind/deaf elderly dogs. I hope this helps you decide in your search for your furry family members. I gave more time to spend with your animals. I have a large yard with 4 leads. Also half of my yard is fenced in. They are never left outside unattended. Will provide daily walks as well if needed. Someone is always home with your dogs but could be crated if needed. At your home if I watch your animals, I am very trustworthy and follow directions to a tee. I respect your home and leave it the same as when I got there.

She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. About: I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs! I have experience feeding, playing, bathing, walking, and even training young dogs with simple things. I was able to gain experience taking care of dogs because I have a dog of my own who is now a senior. I’m also a dog walker at my local animal shelter which allows me to interact with dogs of all ages and different behaviors. Aside from dogs, I also have experience feeding and playing with cats. About: I recently relocated from Johnstown to McKeesport and am looking forward to meeting all the new pups in the area! I have been dog sitting for the past few years now and absolutely love it! My family has always had dogs since I can remember. I got my first dog, Ruby, named after the children’s show Max and Ruby, when I was 4 years old. I have loved caring for dogs ever since. Over the years, I've dog-sat for many friends, family members, co-workers, etc. and am a very reliable and trustworthy care-taker. As a teacher, I have summers off, so my schedule is very flexible during the summer months. During the school year, I am only available on weekends and potentially during holiday breaks. I am very detail-oriented and will follow whatever instructions are left for me so that your pet is cared for exactly the way you envision. I already watch my friends and family's dogs on a regular basis, and I'd love to do the same for you! Dogs only please! I can't accept cats or house sitting requests at houses that have cats around as I am very allergic. I work from home and my schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time and flexibility in my schedule to make sure your dog gets the proper time. I will always treat your pet with love and respect like it's my own. I take the care of my own pet extremely seriously, so I understand how important they are to you. I am happy to respect any specific wishes you have for them in your time away.
About: I have a true passion caring for animals of all kinds. I actually want to go back to school to become a zoologist or a veterinarian. Animals have always been a passion which is why I genuinely love rover. I have a little hamster who I adore and even take care of my roommates dog when she goes on vacation at times. I care for her dog tollie like she is my own. that’s the type of caretaker I am. Cats, dogs, small mammals…you name it, I can do it. So no matter if you have to stay at work late or just going on vacation, I can be there for your pet. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have and even schedule a meet and greet. She was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to make sure that our dog was happy and comfortable. She read all our notes on Rover ahead of time and was well versed during our meet and greet about our dog’s food and exercise routines. Throughout the two weeks, she made sure to keep to our dog’s routine as closely as possible, even going out to buy more of the specific food our dog needed when she ran out.
