I work full time with a hybrid schedule, working remotely on Thursdays and Fridays, which gives me flexibility for drop-ins or walks during the day. I have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time, two separate living rooms for quiet or play, and four bedrooms—so there’s room to spread out or create a peaceful space if needed. About: I’ve had dogs all throughout my life, including my two sweet clingy pups. If there’s one thing about me, is I’m always going to make friends with the animals anywhere I go. Currently I have availability most evenings Monday through Friday. My weekend availability varies depending on what prior family obligations I may have. There are times where I can be flexible and work with folks depending on what is needed. When caring for pets, I care for them as they are my own. I love to spend time with them, playing and giving all the pets and belly rubs they could ever ask for.

Hoping to build up my clientele once again! Some services we offer: daily snacks and cuddles Potty time 3-5x a day Walks 3x-5x a day Hikes 1x a week (optional!) Litter box cleaning Regular house cleaning and maintenance while you’re gone (dust, vacuum, sweep, etc) Games of tug o war and fetch (depending on client preference!) Pictures and updatss for Mom and/or Dad daily! I treat your furbabies like they are your real babies because they are! I’m currently working part time for UPS, approximately 4:30am-9am Monday-Friday so I am available for drop ins, walks, and house sitting gigs where the owner is okay with me arriving anytime between 9-10am in the morning for first walks of the day. I would try to get the walk done immediately before the Sacramento sun gets too hot! My 13 year old daughter is gaining work experience for her resume and accompanies me to all house sitting gigs. She is homeschooled and ensures the dogs are always taken care of when I am at work. :) I strive to follow each clients instructions for the care of their pets to a T, and I send photos and videos often throughout the day to ease owners worries!

“I'm not exaggerating when I say that Iyvan is the only person I trust with my dog outside my parents. I am extremely protective of my dog, and whenever Iyvan dog sits for me, I can be rest assured that he is in good hands. My dog, Max, has to take several medication every day, and Iyvan has been responsible for administering those. He also gets walks and lots of cuddles when Iyvan stays with him - and I know this because Iyvan does a great job with updating me with photos and videos of Max. Iyvan has two dogs of their own and is therefore very aware of what your dog needs in terms of play, potty, treats/food, and attention. Iyvan is also very detail-oriented, so I know when they stay over, Max won't have the opportunity to get into the trash or eat things outside he isn't supposed to because Iyvan keeps a very close eye on him. I notice that whenever there is a question, Iyvan will communicate with me and ask instead of guessing, which is very appreciated. Overall, Iyvan is a kind, caring person, with great attention to detail and who genuinely loves dogs. I feel comfortable giving an enthusiastic recommendation for them because I know they will care for your pups like they are their own.”

Chynna was amazing with our two pups! One of them is on a little more on guard with people he doesn’t know and Chynna was so patient with him! They became best buds by the end of our trip. I am more than overjoyed with Giselle service for drop in visits with my new pup. She is super attentive to him, plays with him plenty to get his energy out, and is great at communicating. My Patches was well taken care of under her watch, and I couldn't recommend her enough.
Taylor did a fantastic job taking care of our two cats while we were out of town for the holidays! She is super responsive and was always on time for each of her drop in visits. We loved the photos she took of our boys too! Would 100% recommend Taylor, we will definitely be booking her again for future trips!
