“I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Bari and the way she took care of my border collie Woody. You can tell she has a genuine love for dogs and she takes her rover responsibilities very seriously. I highly recommend Bari.”

“Shay was very reliable - she walked my dog Beasely at 9 am and 4 pm for 6 days in a row. She sent me photos everytime she walked him. most important. Shay helped me when I had continuing problems with Rover.com's software, she helped me get the correct dog walking scheduled I needed, and to get rid of Rover.com's Repeat Weekly command. I was really disappointed that Rover.com does not have a CANCELLATION BUTTON TO remove schedules I wanted removed. -Pat G.”

About: I became responsible for taking care of my 1st puppy at 8 years old and developed a deep affection for caring for dogs over the next 30 years. I have a great house for dogs of all ages and temperaments. With a massive backyard to play in and a dog friendly inside where I ensure all pets feel safe and comfortable whichever rooms they want to roam through. I give 100% of my attention to your little loved one(s) and will curtail their experiences to your specific specifications and needs. I treat your best friend just as I treat mine, along side them the entire journey.I believe genuine attention, exercise, interaction, engagement, and trust are imperative to solidifying a foundation to build a true, long term relationship upon with any living being… I just happen to have a huge passion for dogs! I live along the Del Rio Trail which I take my dog on at least twice every day. As an avid outdoorsman, at your request, I would love to take your dog anywhere you would like. Dog parks, walks, hiking, camping, swimming, and training are just the tip of the iceberg! I would love to introduce the love of your life to the of mine to see if this is a positive situation for us all!! I am available to provide daily or weekly care for your dogs so feel free to reach out! We can meet prior to any scheduled appointment so you can meet me and see how your dog interacts with me. I look forward to it! I am open to curtailing all pet care to your specifications. Do not hesitate to ask! I am more than happy to go above and beyond to ensure your pet is cared for just as if you were providing it yourself.

About: Hi there! This is Polo (and my 2 year-old dog Ava) and I am very excited to get to know you and your pet. I love working with animals and attend to any needs your pets have. I grew up with dogs most of our lives as members of my and have experience with puppy raising and basic training. I have ample indoor space and a very large fenced backyard with grass for daily playtimes. If your dog is social, I am close to some amazing dog parks and am happy to take them too alongside regular walks throughout the neighborhood. M-F: 6-8am; 12:30~8pm Sa,Sun: anytime My window of availability for any type of scheduling or coordinating drop-offs or pick-ups particularly for boarding throughout the week are typically very early morning (6-8am) as well as most any time after 12:30pm. On weekends I am typically available throughout the day. We are happy to discuss specifics for any dates you may need. I have particularly great availability for any pet parents with swing shift work schedules who may need some flexibility with scheduling. I always oversee play to ensure it’s safe and mutual and use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage play for dogs who may lean anxious. My dog Ava is particularly social and playful so other social dogs tend to get a lot out of their stays with me; she is also very good at giving another dog space if they aren't as hyper or social so they can feel safe and enjoy their time as well. While your dog stays with me you can rest assured they will be physically engaged either through long play and train sessions, fun times at the local dog park, and/or nice long walks each day (weather permitting). Additionally, on longer boarding requests I make an intention of bringing your pup on a more special excursion- a beach, hiking trail, or otherwise special location they may not go to often otherwise. These tend to be fun not just for us but the dogs too and make for great photo opportunities as well if you are interested!

About: The truth is, I love animals so much I still don’t know if I’m a dog or a cat person. I’ve been around and owned animals my entire life and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I looked after my cat for 15 years until he crossed the rainbow bridge, and now I have a sweet Goldendoodle who’s almost 4. We completed obedience training at Tahoe Park in Sac when she was a puppy, and she’s been my daily walking partner ever since. Taking care of her has taught me so much, and I bring that same care and attention to every pet I meet. I work from home, have a flexible schedule, and don’t travel much, so I’m available for regular dog walks, drop-in visits, or pet sitting during the week and most weekends. Whether your dog needs a quick break, a long walk, or just a little company, I’m happy to help. I’m calm, dependable, and truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality. You can count on me to treat your pets with kindness, patience, and love, like they’re my own. I work from home and have a super flexible schedule, so your pets will get plenty of attention throughout the day. I don’t travel often, and I have a reliable car, so I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting with short notice. Whether it’s a weekday afternoon or a weekend, I can adjust my routine to make sure your pets feel comfortable and cared for. I always aim to create a calm, safe, and loving space for the pets I care for—whether that’s in your home or mine. I’m reliable, respectful of routines, and happy to follow any instructions you leave (medications, feeding schedules, crate time, etc.). I have a reliable car in case of emergency and make it a priority to keep pets secure on walks or during visits. Your pets’ comfort and safety are my top priority, and I treat every animal like they’re part of my family.

About: As a dog mom to three (a husky, a shepherd mix, and a chihuahua), I understand that every dog has their own needs—whether they’re high-energy runners or slow-moving seniors. I’m active and love staying on the move, but I also know when to slow down. Reliable, flexible, and caring. My schedule is pretty flexible! I don’t have set work hours, so happy to fit in dog walks and visits throughout my day + weekend. I would be glad to follow whatever instructions/schedule your dog is on! You can count on me to treat your home—and your pet—with the same care I give my own.

About: I just want what’s best for you and your furry buddy so you don’t have to worry about them and enjoy yourself on vacation and have fun!! I work from home most of the time and only go into the office 2 days a week for 4 hour so I’m always free I have a place for them to sleep at if they are staying overnight and I walk them for the bathroom every hour and half to two every 2 hours and have a back yard for them to play in with lots of toys. If I’m going to the customer house I will stop by when scheduled todo so walk the animal if necessary, feed them play with them for a bit and make sure everything is ok and no accidents occurred

About: I’ve been trusted by friends throughout my teenage years to take care of and walk their pets since I showed how much I care for animals. I live an active lifestyle and I love animals to my very core. It only makes sense to try and help others by taking their pets on a walk when needed. I do not live in or have an environment meant for dogs due to where I live. I am unavailable to provide this service to clients sadly, I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

About: My sweet pittie and I work from home in our house with a fenced backyard. I’ve worked as a professional dog walker and dog sitter for over 3 years. I grew up with dogs and have experience caring for a range of breeds. I work from home during the week. I’m available to walk and let your pup out in our backyard regularly. There’s plenty of room to run around and play ball in the yard. I have a fenced in yard and a sweet 3 yr old pittie to keep your pup entertained, if needed. Or I can crate your dog and let them out on whatever schedule needed.

Spencer M.
“Spencer has an immense love for all dogs and it is apparent the minute he meets one. Any size, any breed, any age-he loves dogs. This alone is a great trait for any dog walker alone; however, he also knows how to interact with dogs. He can manage dogs with respect and admiration. He tends to take the positive reinforcement role with his interactions both earning and reciprocating respect from beloved pets. He also loves fitness, so walking or jogging in nature is almost just as much for him as it is for dogs.”
