“Hon walks our sweet dog Maggie 3 times a week. She loves him and he has always been a reliable, kind, and communicative walker for our family. We highly recommend working with him for any of your furry friends’ needs. He is fantastic, and we plan on continuing to work with him regularly for a long time!”

“Danielle has helped out tremendously with afternoon walks and playtime for 6 month old lab mix. She communicates well and has followed instructions perfectly. I feel very comfortable having Danielle care for our puppy. Highly recommend this service and Danielle!”

“Lori was exceptional. Great demeanor, Jackson loved her right away, and she was on time, spent quality time with him, and went above and beyond. (when she heard my flight was delayed, stopped by and took him out so he wouldn't have an accident). This was my first Rover experience, and I'll definitely be a "repeat customer".”

“Maddie is wonderful she was available short notice and totally accommodating to our needs for Cletus. Cletus really enjoyed his walk with her and we will use her again when we are in town”

“Our puppy Benny absolutely loves Esther! He comes home sleepy and happy from their walks, and she fed him and made sure he had water while she was here. Even when the key lock box gave her trouble, she was dedicated to make sure she was able to take care of Benny while we were out. She is the best!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Ari! This was my first time using a dog-walking app and having someone other than me care for my dogs, so I was definitely a little nervous. But from the very start, Ari made everything feel so easy and stress-free. I was home the first day to see how my dogs would respond, and they immediately took to her. The next four days, she handled everything on her own—and did it perfectly. She followed every instruction carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and paid close attention to the little details (like removing their harnesses afterward without being asked—something I really appreciated!). The daily updates with photos and notes were such a comfort while I was away. My dogs were clearly in great hands, and it showed. She even brought in a package from my mail lady for me while I was gone—above and beyond in every way. Ari is a literal sweetheart, professional, reliable, and just amazing with my 2 dogs. I’ve 100% found my person—no need to look elsewhere. I’ll definitely be booking her again and again!”

About: When a dog stays at my house I treat them as if they were my own. I have years of experience watching my sisters' dogs years ago which snowballed me into watching dogs for my coworkers, other family members and Rover clients. I have two cats who play scared but are really just dramatic and curious when a pup comes in. If your dog isn’t cat friendly I would leave them in my room and gate the dog in the kitchen when I’m not home for any reason but otherwise he will have the kitchen and entire living room with me. I work night shifts from home, so when I have your pup the longest he will be alone is an hour or two for an errand run. I always walk around my complex even when not sitting a dog, so your pup will always get good walking time with me. I have a part time job 3 days out of the month that requires 9 hours out of the house. If that day falls in between your pups visit I will let you know. I take out dogs often and have lots of park/walking area in my complex. The complex I live in is pet friendly with little car traffic.

“Just began out relationship with Mixhelle but from my experience so far she is an A+ pet care giver. Reliable...accommodating...seems to be considerate of your pet. Mine is 17 and has good days and bad...Michelle is very caring in that regard.”

“Words can not express how grateful I am to Berthie. I remember contacting his back in December when another walker/sitter canceled on me hours before my flight. While he couldn't help me then his willingness to assist me made a lasting impression and I told myself I would definitely work with him in the future. Berthie is understanding, provided a high level of care, and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. He isn't afraid of larger dogs. And is able to command the attention of the pup to make walks go smoother. I honestly have a lot I can say but I'll leave you with this.... if you get a chance to work with Berthie.... run towards the opportunity don't walk! You won't be disappointed and your fur baby will thank you for it!!”

“I can't say enough good things about Rebecca. She was friendly, enthusiastic and reliable. My dog loved her. She walked and ran with him. When we say "Rebecca is coming" He runs to the door , sits wagging his tail. If anybody needs a wonderful dog walker. Rebecca is it.”

About: Caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. I grew up with a dog and have spent years around all kinds of breeds and ages, learning how to connect with each one’s unique personality. I’ve been walking and boarding dogs alongside with my girlfriend, gaining even more hands on experience. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a laid back senior, I treat every dog like family, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved every step of the way. I am available any time of day for dog walking, drop ins and boarding!! I am a full time dog sitter for the time being and fully dedicate my time giving your furry friend company! I live in an apartment without a fenced yard but it is a dog friendly environment with its own dog park at the complex. I can walk, feed, and play with your furry friend!

About: I’ve taken care of my family’s pets. Whenever they went of vacation, unable to walk they’re fury friend, or dr appointments. I love them all so much and treat them like my own! I work part-time. I’m very flexible which noticed with time. If it’s last minute I will always find a way to make it work. I’m very understandable I would try to get their trust, be playful, and try to make them feel very comfortable with me since we’re going to be around each other for some time

About: Hello I’m Iris! I’m an animal lover who is passionate about spending time with animals and ensuring they feel comfortable, loved and cared for. I grew up working on a friend’s farm in Oregon where I cared for dogs, cats, goats, chickens, peacocks, horses and ducks. I have extensive experience caring for different breeds of small and large dogs and cats. I am a cat behaviorist and cat sitter and have over 5 years experience caring for emergency medical cases for kittens and cats through my volunteer work with a nonprofit cat rescue in NYC called Little Wanderers NYC. As part of my volunteer work, I am trained to provide a wide variety of medical care to cats and kittens including subcutaneous injections, vaccines, eye infection treatment, neonatal cat care, bottle feeding for newborn kittens, and oral medications. I am a master at clipping nails for so if your pet needs some grooming I’m happy to provide some spa treatment. I enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they have everything they need to be healthy, engaged and happy. I am detail oriented and will treat each animal with special attention; providing care tailored to each individual pet’s unique personality and preferences. Outside of my part-time work caring for dogs and cats, I am a scientist and high school science teacher. I have a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley and BS in Biochemistry so I have an extensive background in medical science. My research background includes specializations in infectious diseases and cancer biology. As a scientist (molecular and cell biologist, biochemist, structural biologist, biophysicist), I have over 18 years of experience in biomedical research and teaching. I look forward to meeting your pup or kitty! I’m a scientist and high school science teacher so I work part time in the summer and have availability to provide care for your best friend. Your furry friend’s safety and comfort are my #1 priority. I have extensive experience helping pets adjust to new spaces/people and will be patient and thoughtful as your pet adjusts to being around a new person in their home. As a volunteer with Little Wandering NYC animal rescue, I have supported and coached many families through the process of helping their pet adjust to changes in their environment or with moving to a new home after adoption. Moreover, I have also supported families with introducing their new adopted cat to other animals in the home so everyone (all pets) can adjust to the change in a way that is the healthiest for all pets and humans involved in the introduction and change in environment.
