About: I have grown up surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life. I understand the need for help when caring for your pets, and I would love to offer my help to make your lives a little easier and to ensure your pets are treated like family even when you're not around. I personally have my own dog and cat, and I know how it is leaving them when you are not around. I hope to bring comfort and ease of mind for you, knowing your fur babies are being loved and taken care of. I have occasionally helped neighbors and friends with their own. I am not scared to clean up messes and I have experience with administering oral and topical medications. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! In your own home, I will respect any rules you have for your pets and take care of your pet and your home as if it was my own. My schedule is very open and I am very flexible in working around your needs and schedule! I am in school but everything can be done remotely so I can stay home and hang with your pups! I make sure to keep a good eye on the pets, making sure they are safe and well taken care of. I want to bring comfort for your pets while you are away, loving them as my own! I will play with them if that’s what they like and also make sure to keep their routines as close to normal while you are away. I will also make sure to clean as we go and make sure when you return, you are returning to your home as you left it. I am more than willing to do chores around the house and also clean up after animals.
“She takes a ton of pictures and follows instructions exactly. She takes care of our dogs plus the added benefit of seeing our dogs have fun and be relaxed with her. It was a last minute request which she eagerly honored and we are so grateful that someone could check on our pups while we were away. It was such a last minute need (we stayed at the aquarium too long and needed someone to check on them the same day) and she fulfilled all our needs as well as went over the top to make sure we were informed of the care. About: Medically retired Veteran and stay at home dad with lots of time on my hands to care for fur kids and keep a watchful eye on them. I have dog sat for friends' pets and personal pets that I've owned for over 30 years. I don't currently have another job. So, aside from medical appointments, I don't have any issues with daily or weekly routines. I should be able to conform to any and all needs. I always care for every pet as though that pet were my own. I know how sensitive each pet can be, so I try my best to keep that in mind when dealing with someone else's pet.

About: I have cared for dogs personally for the majority of my life. I also gained professional experience working at a doggie daycare where I got to play and cuddle with a variety of dogs! At the doggie daycare, I learned some helpful methods on how to handle and evaluate a dog’s temperament for a group setting. For house sitting, I stay overnight in my clients' homes so your pets can remain comfortable in their familiar environment. Since I live in an apartment that does not allow animals, I am unable to host pets in my own home. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
