One of our dogs was never boarded, and had little experience around other dogs. She handled that with ease. She acclimated him with her dogs, and it looked like he had a blast. She sent us plenty of updates that kept us from worrying about how the pups were doing. We came from out of town so we wish she was closer to us. I have a fenced backyard with a doggie door to the backyard if your dog knows how to use one. My neighbor is small with sidewalks for safety. I have a covered patio to protect from the weather elements so your dog can lay outside and enjoy fresh air. Water will be available outside also.

I also worked at Foxy Locks Grooming and Daycare in summer of 2024, and I currently work there again, so I have employee experience working with large and small dogs! I am a college graduate and preparing for law school, so I will be in Knoxville atleast until August! I do work part time at a dog daycare 2-7 Monday through Friday, but my mornings are free in addition to Saturdays! Good times are late morning and afternoons, but I am open to early mornings as well. *disclaimer for house sitting*: I cannot stay at your house all day on the weekdays, do to my part to me job. However, I can stay atleast until 12 or 1pm, then come back to your house at 7:30pm I am very attentive and friendly when caring for dogs in my clients’ homes. I love to play with them and ensure the home is left the same if not better than when I arrived.
About: I’ve had multiple dogs in the past including one currently and have a lot of experience caring for them. I’ve cared for dogs for multiple years. If I am not home I have another household members that is able to take care of your pet as needed. Other than that I am able to be with the pets as much as possible. I am currently on summer vacation until I start college in the fall so, I will have tubs of free time. I have a fenced yard with one friendly pet to keep your pet company. I can crate your pet if needed, including my own if they do not get along. I’m currently in college and working part-time so when I am not home there are other household members there to make your pet is taken care of. I have a fenced hard in my home that I will usually let the dogs run around a play for a little bit through out the day.
About: I have helped care for friends and family animals for the last several years. I adopted a fur baby of my own early January 2020. I work from home and can provide walks throughout the day. The flexibility of working from home allows time to care and engage with your fur baby. My neighborhood is dog friendly with a fenced in dog park and walking path. I understand the need for help when caring for your pets, and I would love to offer my help to make your lives a little easier and to ensure your pets are treated like family even when you're not around. I personally have my own dog and cat, and I know how it is leaving them when you are not around. I hope to bring comfort and ease of mind for you, knowing your fur babies are being loved and taken care of. I have occasionally helped neighbors and friends with their own. I am not scared to clean up messes and I have experience with administering oral and topical medications. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! In your own home, I will respect any rules you have for your pets and take care of your pet and your home as if it was my own. My schedule is very open and I am very flexible in working around your needs and schedule! I am in school but everything can be done remotely so I can stay home and hang with your pups! I make sure to keep a good eye on the pets, making sure they are safe and well taken care of. I want to bring comfort for your pets while you are away, loving them as my own! I will play with them if that’s what they like and also make sure to keep their routines as close to normal while you are away. I will also make sure to clean as we go and make sure when you return, you are returning to your home as you left it. I am more than willing to do chores around the house and also clean up after animals.

“Sarah was the perfect choice for our dogs. You can tell that she really loves taking care of animals. She did a fantastic job boarding and working with our two Dachshunds (Polly and Oscar). One of our dogs was never boarded, and had little experience around other dogs. She handled that with ease. She acclimated him with her dogs, and it looked like he had a blast. She sent us plenty of updates that kept us from worrying about how the pups were doing. We came from out of town so we wish she was closer to us. My dog has been in the shelter several times, and I like that Harley was able to roam freely, and not spend a lot of time locked up in a kennel. Yu's home provides that, along with the benefit of only boarding one dog at a time. Yu was very responsive to any messages I sent, and sent daily messages, pics, and/or videos. When Harley needs a place to stay in the future, Yu will be my first choice.”
