About: I have had pets for my entire life. I have experience giving oral medications as I have had geriatric dogs. Your pets deserve to have as much of their normal routine as possible while their parents are out of town. I am available for full day care on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and weekends as my full time job. I no longer have pets of my own and would love the opportunity to love your pets as if they were mine! I will care for your pets as if they are my own. They deserve to be comfortable in their homes, maintaining their normal routines. I would love to help!

About: About this sitter: I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician currently working at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. I am the Veterinary Nursing Supervisor in the Diagnostic Imaging Dept. I do a max of 2 visits per day. I have been pet sitting since I was 17, so I have over 20 years of experience now. Why I love dog sitting I have owned and loved dogs my entire life. I grew up owning black labs. Once I moved out I got two cats, since the apartment I was renting did not allow dogs. My experience administering medication I am a Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician and am very comfortable giving any medications.

About: I make friends everywhere I go , not just humans! Dogs and cats too. I am detail oriented and love animals! I am easy going with requests. I work at FedEx through the night and I would to help families through the evening! I am available for dog walking and dog sitting. I would diligently play with them, give them attention but also train them to be obedient. I would take great care of them when walking them. Keep my eyes on them.
“She takes a ton of pictures and follows instructions exactly. She takes care of our dogs plus the added benefit of seeing our dogs have fun and be relaxed with her. It was a last minute request which she eagerly honored and we are so grateful that someone could check on our pups while we were away. It was such a last minute need (we stayed at the aquarium too long and needed someone to check on them the same day) and she fulfilled all our needs as well as went over the top to make sure we were informed of the care. About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was little and learned the importance of care needed especially with certain breeds. I personally have a Great Pyrenees mix now and he is my whole world. I grew up with Belgian Malinois, Labs, Cane Corsos, and Brindles. I have trained these dogs before and know how to read body language. I have been a dog sitter for even little fur-babies, such as yorkies and chihuahuas🩷 i love to go on long walks and play games with pups. I’m an ER Nurse and work three days a week, overall my pup gets all the attention he needs with the help of my spouse that takes care of him as well. We do long walks every morning and get tons of play time and socializing at public dog parks in the area. I will treat any animal as if it’s my own!! I take extra care of any fur-baby that I can, they are in my opinion our best friends and need to be treated as such. I will take all the time needed to do walks, play fetch, or do some fun training! If the pup is friendly and wants a friend I can even bring my own fur-baby so it’s a play date!

About: I have cared for dogs personally for the majority of my life. I also gained professional experience working at a doggie daycare where I got to play and cuddle with a variety of dogs! At the doggie daycare, I learned some helpful methods on how to handle and evaluate a dog’s temperament for a group setting. I’m currently working part-time and am available on the weekends from 12 pm till 11 pm! Due to having classes during the week, my best time to work is the weekends. I live in an apartment complex that is pet friendly and live just down the hill from a dog park. My roommate also has a dog to keep yours company!
About: Medically retired Veteran and stay at home dad with lots of time on my hands to care for fur kids and keep a watchful eye on them. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
