About: I have 1 dog that is a golden retriever. I’ve had pets all my life and love taking care of them. I will walk, pet and give plenty belly rubs as needed. My schedule is pretty flexible. Ask me and I can accommodate. I am free most mornings and evenings. Let me know if you need any adjustments I offer overnight boarding and allow pets to sleep in the bed, on the couch or a crate. (You tell me how you want sleep!)

About: I have been taking care of my neighbors, family, friends, and my own dog/pets for 10 years including walks, feeding, watching, and helping train. I have experience with puppies and older dogs as well as injured or sick dogs. I am currently in a local college for health care. I am free all day Saturday-Monday and after 3 Tuesday-Friday. I have transportation and can drive a reasonable distance. I would follow any rules you have set for your dog (ex. food allowed, walking requirements, type of leash/collar for walks, and if they need to be crated or not) I would be able and willing to provide any medical care needed as long as I am shown how to correctly.

About: My first cat was way back in 1992 when a pregnant cat adopted me. She lived in the apartment next door with 4 other cats, a single Mom and 2 little girls. She would visit my apartment daily, also scoping me out, because she had future plans. Soon after I was the proud Human Step-Mom to Mama cat and her 5 kittens. That started my love for the feline species. I've always owned and loved dogs since my childhood. My first dog's name was Rusty, a smart and gorgeous Golden Retriever. I had tanks full of fish, multiple birds (Peanut could talk-he was a Green Cheek Conure), and often cared for my daughters ferret, Franklin, when she went on vacations. No pets are off limit ..... except snakes and spiders. Willing to administer meds. Currently I am doing pet care full time so I am available just about 24/7. I do have pets at home so I would need to take some time to attend to their needs during the day as well. I currently have both a dog and cat living with me so care outside of my home is preferable. I'm available almost all day and can stop in whenever necessary.

About: I've had pets my entire life and have been active in their care since early on. I have personal experience taking care of dogs, cats, bunnies, and rodents throughout my life. I've dog and cat sat (daily check-ins and overnight stays) for several people in my life over the years, including my close friends, coworkers, and bosses. I have recent experience with taking care of and aiding senior pets in their daily routine and have no issue administering medication as instructed by their veterinarians/owners. In addition, I have no issue maintaining consistency in training and providing mental stimulation for younger pets. I know that younger animals are learning and that they need time to process requests. I understand that pets can be unique in their behaviors and that their owners know them best. It's important to me to make sure pets are well taken care of and comfortable in their lives - and that can look different for different pets and owners. I'm a research-focused graduate student with a more flexible schedule than most, so I can visit multiple times throughout the day and night. I have my own car so I can easily travel to clients' homes and have seat-belt attachments to travel with animals in the car as well if the need arrises. I strive to keep things as consistent and predictable as possible, maintaining a pet's schedule as laid out by the owner. I've used a variety of leashes and feeding schedules over the years and find that it really depends on the dog/owner on which one works best. For example, my dog Wiggles likes to graze so she has access to food around the clock, but when I take care of my brother's dogs, they require a more structured feeding schedule that I adhere to for them.

About: I’m a Dog-lover who has spare time for you pup.I love to travel, but hate to leave my pets, so I understand what you need when you travel you need to trust that your pet is safe and loved. All dogs deserve respect and kindness from a trustworthy person while you are unavailable. I currently have 3 dogs. We love be full time in Daytona Beach and occasionally visit family in NYS. Enjoy your travels; your dog will be in good hands. I work 3 days/week. I am available most of the the other days, including weekends. Walking, playing and companionship available for your dog. Enjoy your travel! In my home we stay with no Other pets or people . In your home, I will visit as requested and follow any instructions given.

About: I have taken care of pets of all kinds since I was little. I am incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. I have been around animals my whole life, and I love having the opportunity through Rover :) I am currently working a part-time job so I am very flexible, I work afternoon shifts on the weekdays usually two times out of the week, and I work midnight shifts on the weekend so I have all day available after 7 AM At the moment I do not take care of pets at my home. This may change in the future but as of right now I am not offering this service

About: Hello my name is Emily and I have been with dogs my entire life. I had a big dog named Lucy and a small dog named Oliver, which I love very dearly. I have taken care of many different dogs from big to small and have enjoyed playing, walking, and teaching them tricks. I have baby sat here and there whenever I was needed and it would always bring a smile to my face. My family and I are huge dog lovers. I think what sets me apart from other dog sitters is that I would rather spend more time with them then do other things. I love walking with them and showing them everything that there is to see in a dogs point of view.

About: I have 9+ years of experience with walking dogs, and years of experience in feeding, training, playing, and caring for both dogs and cats. My entire life I have always been drawn to animals, and am a huge animal lover! In my early teen years, I worked at a dog daycare where I oversaw the care of up to 14 dogs at one time. It was a huge responsibility, but I looked forward to going to work each shift I had because to me it didn’t even feel like work, it felt like a reward getting to care and play with so many animals. Whenever I go anywhere whether it’s a walk around my college campus, a family or friends house, or the park, I am always immediately drawn to all the dogs I see and always ask if I can take a minute to pet each dog. A multitude of family and friends have consistently told me that it’s evident how much I love animals, and how well I get along with them. I am someone you can trust to make sure your pet gets the best possible care when you are gone. As a former cat owner and current dog owner myself, I know just how much love and care pets need on a day to day basis. Whenever I am away from my dog who is my bestfriend in the whole world, I definitely can feel anxious or stressed. I am dedicated to keeping pet parents up to date on the wellbeing of your pets with photos, videos, up to date messages and anything else you’d like as a pet parent (I am happy to do facetime calls too!!). I will always be available and reachable when I am with your pet to answer any questions, concerns, or even just send over some extra photos if you are really missing your furry companion! Additionally, your pets wellbeing and safety is my top priority. I have worked hard to familiarize myself with signs of distress and discomfort in animals, and if anything doesn’t look right I will not hesitate to jump into action to make sure your pet is safe. My dog has had a few scary incidents, and as difficult as it was, it helped to prepare me to know the signs when something is not right and know what to do in case of an emergency. I decided to join rover because I wanted the opportunity to help take care and hangout with animals on a regular basis because it is truly something I absolutely love. I am hard working, enthusiastic, dedicated, and I will care for your pet as if it is my own.
